Please try the following:
- Press the
Talk button, or try again later, if the agents prevent you.
- If you listened to the oracle, make sure that
you heard and interpreted the instructions correctly.
- To check your connection settings, click the Tools menu, and then click
Exnet Options. On the Connections tab, click Machine Settings.
The settings should match those provided by the Zion area network (ZAN) administrator or exnet service provider (ESP).
- If your Senior Officer has enabled it, Zion
can directly connect and examine the network and automatically discover Neo's network connection settings.
If you would like Nebuchadnezzar to try and discover them,
click Detect Ship Network Settings

Some sites require Morpheus' connection for security purposes. Click the Intercom and then ask him if you can use his connection.

If you are trying to reach an agent site, make sure your Security settings can infiltrate it. Click the Command menu, and then click Hack Through Now. On the Advanced tab, scroll to the hack section and check settings for Agent Smith, Agent Brown, and Agent Jones.
