who am I?

I'm a full-time web developer for a large organization, but I also like to do freelance work on the side. That's how you found me.

am I qualified?

Yep. I wrote my Master's thesis on web site usability. I have 10 years of experience as a web developer. I teach classes on web development. My specialties are information design and the use of effective language. But aside from all that, the reason you'd be lucky to have my services is that I'm smart, friendly, and
