The Bradford Jonnycake Center of Westerly celebrates its one year Anniversary in its new home at 23 Industrial Drive in Westerly during the whole month of May.
On May 4, a concert to raise funds for the Food Assistance Program will be held at Central Baptist Church - 2 PM. Tickets are avialable at the Center.
May 10 is the Annual Post Office Food Collection. Postal Carriers will pick up non perisahble food products for pantries throughout the state.
May 19 -24 Our Anniversary Sale - 50 % off everything (excludes furniture) from Noon to 2 PM. Join us for Anniversary Cake each day during the sale
May 26 -the Westerly Parade - Bring Food products to donate and our staff will collect along the parade route.
June 12 - "BUT FOR THE GRACE" - to be performed at Babcock Hall - Westerly High School @ 7PM.
Free admission - No reserved seating.
Lisings for families and businesses in the program are $25 & $50 and must be submitted by June 1. Benefits the Food pantries of the Jonnycake Center of Westerly, The Jonnycake Center of Peace Dale and the kitchen at the WARM Shelter. Contact us at 401 377 8069 for more information.
