Apples and horses in Spencer, TN

Don't have a place for your horse, or just don't have time to mess with your horse?
Let me take care of that for you. We are on 40 beautiful acres with lush pastures, rolling hills, riding trails in the woods, 2 ponds a 7 acre apple orchard with several barns and outbuildings, a round pen and paddock. We also have a store at the front of the property
to sell our apples and misc. things.

I do not offer stall board. I don't feel like a horse should be penned up constantly, not even a show horse. But the horses can come and go as they please in our barns. Each horse will be able to run around in safe and lush pastures. Water tanks are checked and filled daily.
The horses are constantly being looked after; I do live in front of our summer pasture. Every day each horse will get a quick grooming, not only do they love it but this way I will keep a better eye on your horses’ health. Our horses are fed 2 times, once in the morning and in the evening. I will design a feeding plan to fit each individual horse that is vet approved. The horses are dewormed every two months and the dewormer is included in your bill. At the moment we have plans to add 3 12x12 stalls, a 14x16 foaling stall, a large round pen and
stallion turnout. We should be starting on this in the fall. Look below to see info and pictures of what we already have. Email me today to set up an appointment.

Only 1/3 of our summer pasture, it has access to a spring. Beyond the summer pasture is 70 acres of mostly cleared land with a lake and waterfall that we have permission to ride on. To the left of our summer pasture are our unfenced woods with our own ridding trails in them.

We are not a large facility but offer excellent individual care of your horses. Our horses are members of our family and get the best care. Our facility includes:

2 Horse Barns with a total of 3 large stalls. We do have plans for an additional 4 stalls +.

A small corral for you to work with your horse with plans for another larger one.

1 brand new wood corral.

2 paddocks with plans for another small stallion turnout and a mare & foal turnout.

2 large pastures and a smaller pasture. We still have a lot more fencing to do too! lol

We are in the process of building another high tension fence as I type that will be for stallions and our horse Delila that does not respect fences lol.

We also have plans for another hay barn.

& Who knows what else we will build..
