Jess Ruby's Jonas Encounter

Fan Encounter: When we FINALLY got there, we pull into the parking lot and see JB's tour bus!! So we freaked, and we got out of the car and ran to it to take a picture next to it.
Then Mr.Jonas and Chris Koon walked from like behind the bus.
So we went over to them and said hi and talked to them for a bit, and Chris Koon rememebred my name!! Mr.Jonas said "Thank you girls for coming!! Where are you from?" and he said "Canada!" and he said "yeah, I noticed the Ontario lisence plates." and we talked some more and then he said "It should be a fun night. Nice and small and very intimate" and we said "We're SO excited!" and then he said "Well, they're doing sound check right now" So we followed him inside. And we freaked.

So he let us in the side door into their sound check and we found our friends who have been to all the same concerts as us.
So while inbetween songs at the sound check, we waved to JB and Joe was like "Hey guys!! Thanks for coming!"
Then they were done, so they came over to us and gave us hugs and went to their bus to change and get ready for the show.

So then after what felt like forever Chris Koon came over to us and let us in first so we'd get front row, and we did. The stage was so small and was practically on the floor!
So we all sat around and Chris came to us and then we entered the "Hello Beautiful" contest.
So RIGHT before the show started, Chris came over to us and told us we had won the contest and we all screamed!

So then Greg, John and their new drummer Jack came on stage to set up stuff and we sorta talked to them during set up. Then they introduced JB and Joe was going NUTS!!
They sang 12 songs, starting with Poor Unfortunate Souls.
Then they sangI am What I am and Nick says "This next song is from our first album which came out August 8th"and I yelled "I HAVE TWO COPIES!" and he looked at me and said "Thank you!! You rock!"

Then they sang some more songs, and during one of the songs, my friend Ashlee dropped her phone, so Joe picked it up and sang into it, haha.
Then i took a picture of him and he said (during the song) "give me your camera!" So I did! He took a picture of Nick singing, then a picture of the audience, then a hilarious picture of himself!
This was all during the middle of a song!!
I laughed SO hard!


THEN, Joe rapped about fridge's and yoohoo's?
And Nick did Nick J is Off The Chain!
Everyone went nuts

And then they sang Hello Beautiful to my friend, it was really nice.

The during I dunno what song, I'm singing along with Joe and then I feel a tap on my shoulder! So I turn and it's Kevin! He says to me "Play my guitar!" and I said "whoa, for serious?" and he said "yeah, do it!" So I did! and he said "You're really awesome!" and I screamed so loud!!

Then during Year 3000 omgosh, best song of the night! Ok, Joe was going NUTS and starts wrapping himself in his microphone cord. Then Kevin's playing his guitar and turn his back to us and leans back and I'm like "whoa.." cuz he put like all his weight on me, and then he put his feet up, and he CROWD SURFED!!
So we send him back to the stage and he fell on the ground!
It was INSANE!

So then after the concert there was a meet and greet. But me and my friends decided to wait till everyone left so we could just hang out with the guys.

Once everyone left we went to the table where the guys were.
So I made them a scrapbook page and they were all in like shock and saying like "You made these!?" and "These are so awesome" So they each signed a page, and Joe was making fun of how Nick looked in all his pictures, haha. And Nick said to me "These are soo good! I wish I could keep them!" and I said "I'm really sorry, but I want to keep them." and he said "Yeah, haha, that's alright"

Then we all just hung out in the room where they performed and took pictures and talked and stuff.
So I talked to Nick first.
I asked him how long we'd been playing drums and he said "about 2 1/2 years" and I said "Seriously?? You're SO awesome!" And he gave a shout out to my friend on my camera cuz she couldn't make it to the show. And we gave Nick this bendy snake with an afro and he LOVED it! So I took a picture of him with the snake around his neck, haha it's really funny. And then I said to him "Ok, now let's take a funny picture together" and so we posed and my friend said "You're doing the exact same pose! Change!" so I did last minute and now the picture is soo weird! But really funny!! And I said to him "I still can't believe you sand Nick J is off the Chain! It's such a rare thing!" and he laughed and said "Yeah, I like to do it at small venues rather than big ones"

So then I went and talked to Kevin. and we took pictures and stuff. And then I said to him "Omgosh, I can't believe you crowd surfed! I mean, I once had a dream you did but I didn't think it'd actually happen!!" and he started laughing and Ashlee said "hahah, you just said that outloud!"

Then I went to Joe and he was still crazy hyper.
He said O Canada, you're where we get our geese.." And we laughed really hard and we said "no, it goes like this.." and we started singing it and Joe yelled really loud "EVERYONE QUIET! THEYRE SINGING O CANADA!" So he stood next to me with his hand over his heart.
Oh man, he's so cute. And then we tried remembering our names and after us telling him about 3 times each he finally got it right!! Then Nick comes up to me and Ashley and says "Look, N" and then flips the snake upside down "J" And we were like "haha, wow"

So then afterwards, some guy came and said they had to leave, but we went with them outside to their bus and then Mr.Jonas let us have a tour of it!!

So Mr.Jonas said "Ok, let's split this group in half. Them first, then you guys second" and were like "OMG! YES" So while they were on the bus we were taping with my camera and taking to Kevin, Joe and Greg (Nick was on the bus). And Then Chris Koon comes and Greg goes "He lives in a cacoon" and Kevin goes "Yeah, we didn't give him a bunk, we just threw him back there" And I said "Haha, that'd be so weird" and Kevin said "haha, true". So we got all of them to give Lauren a shout out on my camera and they're all pretty funny. At first Joe thought it was a picture so he posed for a really long time and then we said "you can talk, it's a video!" Then Kevin gave me his empty red bull can.

Then WE went on the bus. I had my camera but the guy said "no camera's please" because the boys want their privacy. So I go on and Nick standing there like eating pretzels.
So I went and sat at their table where their computer is and we asked "this is where you go on myspace?" And he said "Yup, right there"
So then we all just talked for about 5 minutes and my friend's dad said "ok girls, we have to go" so they all left but I stayed behind.

So I was talking to Nick and then the band comes on the bus and I'm holding the red bull can and Nick gave me a hand full of pretzels. Then Joe comes behind me and gets hand sanitizer so I said "Can I have some?" and he said "Go for it!" so I had to put the can down but it fell over so Nick bent down and picked it up for me but then threw it out! so I said "nooo!" and Mr. Jonas said "She wanted to keep that!" so Nick felt bad and said "Oh, I'm so sorry. But I got something way better for you!" So he goes into the fridge and pulls out a YooHoo and said "Ever tried a YoohHoo?" and I said "No, are they good?" and he said "YEAH!! Way better than red bull"

Then I had to go (my friend's were in the car waiting) so I said by to everyone

BEST NIGHT EVER!!!
