Jay is a tier from the Goderich area who has been tying flies commercially for many years. He has a well deserved reputation for flies that catch fish. He put together a book "Steelhead and Game Fish of Ontario" (out of print now) with 16 patterns that still take lots of steelhead.
If you want to see some of his work, he is featured in 4 US publications- Flies For Trout, Flies for Steelhead, Great Lakes Steelhead Guide and Wooly Wisdom.
