S.C.V. OBION AVALANCHE CAMP 2111

There is a new camp in Hornbeak, TN. and we are honored to be

 a part of the Sons of Confederate Veterans.  With only 8 current

members we hope to recruit new members who share our common

goal, preservation of our southern heritage, and the memories of

the fallen soldiers. We strongly believe in keeping these things

alive and passing on our knowledge for generations to come. 

We began this on June 30 of 2006 in Hornbeak, TN.

With nothing but pride in our hearts and strive in our souls

we will grow in numbers and support for the cause. Our

Commander, Keith Hepler, brought 7 other  men together

from different locations and different generations but with

one common goal. Heritage! We have the great honor of being

decendants of Confederate soilders who died for what they

believed.  Many of these great men are honored by statues

or monuments, but we also tell the stories of men closer to

our own hearts. We will keep our heritage alive, make no

mistake of that!
