The Cromartie Kiln
The kiln is very user friendly and operates from a 13amp plug in the UK.
The programme selector allows me to choose from 1 to 9 programmes that I can input myself. Once you have input the information, you assign a programme number to the controller and it is in memory for next time you use the kiln
It is important to bear in mind that different colours and mediums such as gold and platinum require different temperature settings.
The photograph above shows a selection of plain white glazed china prior to painting.
Look out for more information and pictures showing different stages of painting and firings.
