Monster Rock climbing area

EMS responds quickly because they're just down the street.  Send an extra person up to the street to wave them in and walk them down the evac route.

EMS is willing to use a neighbor's stairs instead of the ladders for evacuation.  Mrock has two neighbors; we use the one closest to Mrock's bridge.

The route: head past all the riverside cliff’s climbs.  Go around the nose/bulge/arête and you’ll see the neighbor's stairway.

The stair's narrowness makes it not super easy to manage a body board.  But EMS has done it; they used a sling on the handle near the patient's head and went up with multiple people, carrying the board diagonally.
