The Joys of Life Railway is a 5in gauge ground level railway set in the Bethesda area of North Wales. On this website we hope to provide you with information on the railway, along with videos & photos of it. The railway closed around 1999, but is currently undergoing a revival project. Both Stokerton & Moles Hill stations are fully signalled, which are operated by a interlocked lever frame housed in their signal boxes also controlling the points. Stokerton Station is very pretty, as it has scale buildings. Please explore and enjoy the site, we hope to update it regularly as the railway is revived.
