What is massage?

Massage can be defined as the manipulation of soft tissue for therapeutic purposes and can be of assistance to many people with beneficial effects on the cardiovascular, muscular and nervous systems.

Massage has many advantages, including:

Where do I give massages?

Swedish Body Massage Treatments and Personal Training sessions can be carried out at Monmouth School Sports Club, or arrangements can be made for home visits with prices to be negotiated depending on distance travelled.
