Encourage yourself to build your own one, just do it, I will be beside and help you get the perfect one and then enjoy your ride for ten years. ตอนผมเป็นเด็กเคยมีความฝันที่จะท่องเที่ยวทั่วโลกด้วยจักรยานที่ทำขึ้นด้วยตัวเอง ก็เลยไปเรียนคอร์สสั้นทำจักรยานไทเทเนียมที่อเมริกาก็ได้ประสพการณ์มากมายครับส่วนที่ภูมิใจมากคือผมได้ทำงานพิเศษ และหาเงินเรียนด้วยตัวเองจนสำเร็จได้เฟรมที่ขี่อยู่ทุกวันนี้ถึงแม้จะเป็นเฟรมตัวแรกแต่ผมรักมากโครงการต่อไปผมจะทำเฟรมเสือหมอบ ดาวน์ฮิวล์ ฟรีไรด์ ฟูลซัสเป็น ไทเทเนียม และกำลังศึกษาการทำท่อคาร์บอนไฟเบอร์อยู่ ผมอยากเชิญชวนเพื่อนร่วมฝัน และร่วมมือทำเฟรมในฝันของท่านให้เป็นจริงมันจะเป็นเฟรมที่คุณภูมิใจ และมีขนาดสัดส่วนเที่เข้ากับร่างกายทุกส่วนของคุณเหมาะอย่างยิ่งสำหรับ ผู้ชอบความเป็นเอกเทศไม่ซ้ำแบบใครครับ

I am so pround of my bike because every joints and angles I have done double welding and filed it for smooth looking. I have ridden for 2 years. It is so stiff and strength, I have got a smooth ride for every day. After working in the big city as Bangkok which are so busy a lot of traffic jams, I got an idea like when I had been in my university. Riding my road bike was the best thing I appreciated.It has given me the feeling of freedom and look over in the future for your children. Saving energy is the main idea that people in this millenium century you should care, no matter you are so rich or poor as a bom, go on the way you decided. Today I ride my Ti bike to my work place. What a good feeling I have got! Let try it? สำหรับเฟรมตัวนี้ผมภูมิใจตรงที่ทำการเชื่อมสองถึงสามครั้งในแต่จุด,มุม จากนั้นก็ได้นำมาตะไบออกในส่วนมุมแคบต้องใช้การเจียรออกครับใช้เวลาอยู่เป็นเดือนผลงานออกมาก็จะเป็นแบบเนียนไร้ลอยเชื่อมครับ ทุกวันนี้ผมใช้ขี่เล่นมาสองปีแล้ว ผมชอบความรู้สึกที่มันให้พุ่งและให้ตัวดีมาก อยากให้ท่านได้ลอง ถ้ามีโอกาสหามาใช้ซักคันครับไม่ผิดหวังแน่ ตอนนี้ผมได้อัฟเกรดโช้ค Fox Talas 100 ขี่ดีขึ้นกว่าเดิมครับโดดได้มั่นใจเวลาลงหนึบมากๆครับ

5/3/06 Time : 5.30 PM. First time meetingI have got the new customer in year 2006. His name is Mr. Watana he would like to have a Titanium hard-tail. Actually he had Trek fuel 90 full-sus which have ridden so aggressive.When he have seen and tested my seamless Titanium mountain bike, he have got a different feeling and need to have one too.ผมได้พบกับลูกค้าไทยคนล่าสุดชื่อคุณ วัฒนา ซึ่งได้ทดลองขี่จักรยานไทเทเนียมของผม เมื่อคุณวัฒนา ได้ขี่แล้วรุ้สึกว่ามันพุ่งมีน้ำหนักเบาและสวยงาม จึงอยากสั่งตัดเป็นของตัวเองซักคันซึ่งจะใช้ขี่แบบครอสบนถนนส่วนใหญ่ แต่ก็อยากได้แบบเป็น Softail ซึ่งแบบนี้ผมยังไม่เคยจัดทำอีกทั้งอะไหล่ตัวยึดบุชต่างๆยังไม่มีจัดทำขายทั่วไป ทำให้ต้องค้นหาข้อมูลเลือกซึ้อก่อนการออกแบบ 12/3/06 : Second meeting I have searched from internet it had arms that fit for his request. It would be carbon top, seat tubes. Last time, I informed him as one like the Seven Carbon/Titanium hardtail. All Titanium tube will come from USA A-grade and the carbon tube is hand made inThailand. ในที่สุด ผมได้เขียนขอแค๊ตตาล๊อคจากเซเว่น ไซเคิล ซึ่งได้รับในอาทิตย์ต่อมามีเฟรมแบบที่เหมาะกับการขี่แบบครอสเน้นบนถนนเรียบ และขรุขระเล็กน้อย ต้องไต่เขาได้ดี ผมนัดกับคุณวัฒนา เพื่อมาดูแบบดังกล่า ได้ข้อสรุปเป็นเฟรมไทเทเนียมที่มีท่อบนและท่อนั่งเป็นคาร์บอน หางไทเนียม

I have met Mr. Dion who have been recommended from Mr. Watana.He need to have Roadbike Carbon-Ti, full-suspension Ti bike, He is a good F-3 racer, USA. We have discussed for all components before made the primary drawing soon. คุณวัฒนาได้แนะนำลูกค้าคนสำคัญชื่อ คุณ ดีออน เป็นนักแข่งรถจากอเมริกาผมได้นำเฟรมเสือหมอบและ เสือภูเขาของผมไปให้เขาดูเมื่อเดือนก่อนพอดี เขากลับมาทำงานที่เมืองไทยเลยได้ติดต่อสั่งทำ และวัดขนาดสัดส่วนเพื่อเตรียมเซ็ทอุปกรณ์และแบบขั้นต้น โดยจะเป็นเสือหมอบไทคาร์บอนและเสือภูเขาแบบฟูลซัส ซึ่งจะเป็นฟูลซัสคันแรกที่ผมทำครับ

I have ordered from Mr. Chaidej's who will retire in 1-2 months, He is 60 year's old soon and love to ride for exercise and touring with is friends. His first bike was Trek 3900, He love it's geometry, it easy to control and gave him a comfortable controlling. Everday he has ridden around Island about 10 kgs. with his friends. He have got Trek 8900 for his second bike, this bike geometry is for the racer, he complained it not fit for his body and have got back-ache everytime long ride. So, he need trek 3900 geometry. We have discussed and measured his size. He would like to have it after he retired, so I have just 2-3 month to finish his order. Anyway I accepted him to do it.I have designed his bike for a week and gave him approved later in one a half week, then he gave me advance money 35,000 b. and I did ordered him many tubes and chainstays all equipments should reach no longer than one a half month, but the company sent it 3 weeks late, he always contacted me, I have done his frame in one a half month later, all process about three a half months, I have got complainded abouut controlling time. So, this job i feel like a looser eventhough it start and end as a respect and love. All this story make me make a new policy every frame made by Joe must have time to build at least 5 months, if it finish before time I will call the customer ASAPI feel sorry to Mr. Chaidej if your welding and finishing not perfect as well. All process must get full of attention and time to build perfect frame. Thanks for understand me, this site is for the one who love Ti bike and believe the art of welding and design. Who don't care to be honest for this art please don't contact me because I couldnot recieve any requirements. Thanks all friends I don't need the customer who always push or need in urgent. Have a good ride with your mass frame. ขณะนี้เฟรมแต่ละเฟรมราคาขั้นต่ำ 55,000 บาท เพราะราคาค่าท่อและการขนส่งขี้นราคาครับไม่รับลูกค้าหรือเพื่อนๆที่ต้องการเร่งงาน เนื่องจากผมทำเป็นงานอดิเรกยังไม่ได้ทำเป็นการค้าหากต้องการแบบเร่งด่วนกรุณาสั่งตัดเฟรมกับเจ้าอื่นหรือทางเซเว่นรวม ทุกกระบวนการใช้เวลาประมาณ 7 เดือนเสร็จครับเพราะเฟรมล่าสุดที่ทำให้คุณชัยเดช ให้เวลาน้อยเกินไปและยังได้รับของจากอเมริกาล้าช้า คุณชัยเดชได้ต่อว่าให้ดูเรื่องเวลาในการทำ การส่งช้าหรือต้องรอของจากอเมริกาผมไม่สามารถควบคุมได้ อีกทั้งเมื่อของมาถึงต้องรีบทำให้ ตามวันเวลาที่คุณชัยเดชต้องการผมไม่สามารถทำงานได้อย่างเต็มประสิทธิภาพเพราะมันเป็นงานอาร์ต ที่ต้องอาศัยความละเอียด ในการทำแต่ละขั้นตอนบางท่านอาจไม่เข้าใจ เมื่อผมส่งเฟรมที่ทำให้คุณชัยเดชไป ท่านอาจไม่ทราบว่างานเชื่อมดีหรือไม่ ใช้เวลาและ ความพยายามมากน้อยเท่าไหร่และไม่เข้าใจว่างานอาร์ตเป็นอย่างไร ผมจึงเรียนขอร้องท่านที่ต้องการทำเฟรมไทกับผมว่าต่อไปนี้เวลา ในการทำอย่างน้อย 5 เดือนครับเพราะท่าเสร็จก่อนผมจะโทรแจ้งและรีบส่งให้ครับ ผมไม่ได้ทำเป็นธุรกิจอาศัยทำเป็นงานอดิเรกที่ใจรัก และแค่มีความฝันจะเดินทางรอบโลกด้วยจักรยานไทเทเนียมที่ตัวเองทำเองฉะนั้นผมขอถือทุกคนเป็นเพื่อนครับไม่ใช่ลูกค้า ขอบคุณเป็น อย่างยิ่งสำหรับท่านที่เข้ามาอ่านและเข้าใจ ยินดีต้อนรับผู้ที่สนใจทำเฟรมจักรยานเป็นของตนเองโดยไม่เน้นเรื่องของเวลามากนักเพราะ ตัวแปรบางอย่างผมควบคุมไม่ได้เน้นการแชร์ประสพการ์ณร่วมกันเพื่อสร้างเฟรมที่ตอบสนองความต้องการของเพื่อนๆ นักปั่นครับ
