"The Theme Man", the drummer of the hit television series "Hawaii Five-0" has arrived in Las Vegas with the vows of changing it's face. While I was invited to share the moment beside Las Vegas Disc Jockey John Dote' at one of his receptions, I found myself in awe! There he was at Caezar's Palace as the master of ceremonies to an event that ran into the six figures. The setting was all crystal and elegance, as all eyes were on his very powerful presence . In fact many in the audience were from Hawaii! It was such a thrill for those who traveled so far to spend an evening in Las Vegas with the theme man and Hawaii Five-0 drummer from the classic album "Hooked On Themes".

Everybody knows Las Vegas summers sizzle with temperatures soaring well into the 100's, but the thermostat climbs higher than that when Las Vegas Disc Jockey John Dote' pumps up the volume! The dance floor is packed with movement. We are talking about a state of the art entertainer and performer. Anyone can play a CD, but not like the theme man. And when he gets a request to play the hit "Hawaii Five-0", his audience is at the edge of their seats, as if watching his sticks flash without the commercial break. Purely classic and who can forget that dynamic and electric drum roll.

In fact, he has declined offers to appear in the U.K. and Australia and is preparing to perform "live" in front of this nation on a popular nation wide television series which we will not mention at this time until the event takes place. However, the filming of the show will take place in his hometown of Las Vegas also known as "The Entertainment Capitol Of The World". So there I was standing next to a legendary disc jockey and thought I had seen it all.

But then out of no where and much to the surprize of the audience of over 600, Dote' grabs the microphone and makes his way to the center of the dance floor. He belts out on vocals the classic hit "Wild Flower" by Skylark that ends in a standing ovation. The Emperor Ball Room on the fourth level is the main attraction this evening. The hallway is jammed packed of passer by's who couldn't help but notice there was a huge celebration going on. Las Vegas Disc Jockey John Dote' was at the center of attraction as a blizzered of photographer's and flash bulbs captured the moment.

Dote' is like the institution of music or a hall of fame Disc Jockey who has 13 gold album's to his credit which include Michael Jackson, Janet Jackson, Liberace and Linda Ronstadt. They hang in his "Hall Of Fame" hallway in his home in Las Vegas. He was the former host of his own hit television series "Night Beat In Las Vegas" which brought in the biggest stars of the record industry. He is now specialising in wedding receptions and corporate events at it's highest level. And as far as an institute of music, Dote' is armed with over 20,000 songs under his belt. His case is closely guarded.

It is a well known fact that Caezar's Palace in Las Vegas is the hottest spot in the world. So if you're planning an event, you should probably contact John Dote' to carry that weight.
