Jodimarie Reynolds
is one of those rare breeds of native born Californians who was also brought
up just over the
border of Hollywood from Los Angeles .. Accounting for her vibrant, almost
translucent blue
eyes, her Father is Irish and her Mother, being Sicilian, takes pride in
Jodimarie’s
rich, black hair ..
Beyond the physical attributes, this international collaboration of parents gave
Jodimarie the strength and passion of the blarney stone and a feisty Italian
determination which is carrying
her into the
territory ahead in film and television industries.
Jodimarie started
as a performer by competing at a “world-class” level in gymnastics. She studied
dance, and has
always loved being in the spotlight .. She has felt at home at center stage from
the age
of nine as she spun
around in her stocking feet while singing opera (badly) at the top of her young
voice waking up the entire household at odd hours.
She began to
spontaneously teaching herself how to figure skate, which quickly lead her
parents to enroll
her with a
professional coach. It came as no surprise to anyone that her passion for
performing has
ultimately lead her
to a career in the arts.
Jodimarie is an
actress who loves to move her audience’s emotions; whether it’s making them
laugh with sketch comedy, moving them to the edge of their seats with drama and
suspense, or moving them
to pull out the
Kleenex as she brings her audience to tears .. She is determined in her quest to
entertain
her audience ..

Jodimarie is
engaged in on-going classes and workshops where she develops her acting skills
along with
her voice and
on-camera techniques. Jodimarie has s delightful sense of comic . . . . .
timing. It is her
innate ability to
capture the arc of the script which gives her an uncanny ability to endow her
characters
with an inner life
.. That alone will, in turn, builds a rapport to the rest of the cast ..
Jodimarie invests the
same energy into a
“under five” role as when she is cast as the staring character. “It is deeply
satisfying
living and doing
what I love - acting!” says Jodimarie... Jodimarie has had a busy year thus far,
and is
looking forward to
working within her craft in challenging film and television projects
