WHO WE ARE

JODERA-CDO, INC. is a non-profit youth organization based in Cagayan de Oro City, Philippines. JODERA stands for the first 2 letters of the prime Masonic Youth Organizations of the city dedicated to the service of the less priviledged youth. These organizations are the International Orders of Job's Daughters, DeMolay and Rainbow for Girls. The three youth organizations are affiliated with the Free and Accepted Masons of the Philippines.


The International Order of Job's Daughters is an organization of young women between the ages of 11 and 20 who are related to a Master Mason, and share a common bond. We have members in the USA, Canada, Australia, Brazil, and the Philippines. We also help others. We learn leadership. By holding various offices in Job's Daughters, you will gain valuable leadership experience, be a part of a team, and learn democratic principles. All Job's Daughters are members of a local chapter called a Bethel.


The International Order of DeMolay is a fraternal organization of young men between 13-21 years of age, bonded together for mutual development, to help each other live clean and manly upright lives so that they will give credit to their parents and merit for the commendation of all good men. DeMolay definitely is the largest youth fraternity in the world with around six million members worldwide. The Order of DeMolay was started over 85 years ago in Kansas City, Missouri, USA. DeMolay is a character building organization for young men who are 13 to 21 years of age. In over 1000 chapters throughout the United States, over 525 in Brazil and several thousand chapters in other countries. These young men have the opportunity to develop management, leadership and social skills as they participate in community projects, sports, and other educational programs. DeMolay also has chapters in Canada, Brazil, Australia, Germany, Panama, Japan, Italy, Philippines, European and Asia-Pacific countries



The International Order of the Rainbow for Girls is an organization for girls between the ages of 11 and 20. At the age of 20, or upon marriage, which ever occurs first, girls who are members in good standing are eligible for Majority Membership. To join, girl must be sponsored by two other girls who are either active members in good standing or a majority member, and at least one adult whom must be a member in good standing of either the Masonic Lodge, Order of the Eastern Star, Order of the Amaranth or the Amaranth or the White Shrine. IORG has Assemblies all over the North and South America, Europe, Asia and Australia.
