Chris Pendlenton has built a 7 car Tyneside
control set from my NER D149 compartment
3rds, supplied as unpainted shells Chris has
converted them to centre coaches for the set,
the compo was supplied as a set of sides as this
was narrower than the rest and has been scratch
built as have the power cars at either end.

Three ex LNER non corridors in service on Bob How's P4 layoutKings Cross,
the layout was featured in Model Railway Journal No 195.    They have added
interior detail and are slightly weathered which has really made them come alive.
More close up pictures below of the coaches.
