A brief introduction
Thankyou for visiting my website. My name is Ash and I am a junior bodybuilding champion from the south west of england with ambitions to go far in the sport. Even though I am only 21 years of age I have an extreme amount of knowledge on this wonderfull but complicated sport of bodybuilding. I hope to pass my knowledge onto you, the reader and tell you the TRUTH about what this sport is all about and what you have to do to achieve your bodybuilding goals. I don't claim to know everything about bodybuilding, but then again, nobody does. Even Ronnie Coleman, the greatest bodybuilder to ever walk this planet doesn't know everything about bodybuilding. I don't know everything, but I will tell you all I know.
Bodybuilding has been torn apart by the media and the ignorance of most of the general public who put us down with statements like 'it's all about the steroids' and 'if I took loads of steroids I will look like that'. Well I would like to pass on a message to those idiots who make such ridiculous statements.......'don't talk about something you have no idea about'. 99.99% of the general public have got no idea about bodybuilding and what it takes to be 'huge'. They think that if you take 'loads of steroids' and train '8 hours a day' that you will look like arnold schwarzenegger (which is a complete loads of bollux). This sport needs more publicity and more people such as myself to speak out. This is only a small website but I hope that I can pass on everything I know to you, the reader. Whether you are a beginner or a 240lbs mass monster I hope you enjoy this website. Now I will tell you the TRUTH about bodybuilding, and what it takes to achieve your bodybuilding goals and be the best you can be. Thankyou and good luck.
Ash

Throughout the past 5 years I have continually educated myself and as a result I have gained a substantial amount of knowledge on the sport of bodybuilding. The knowledge that I gained allowed me to make these gains in muscle mass because I put that knowledge into practice (gained 100lbs). Now hopefully the information provided in the other sections will give you some knowledge into the world of bodybuilding. Remember that knowledge is the power and by putting that knowledge into practice you will be able to find out what works best for you. Once you find out what works best for you then you will be able to use your own initiative on your decisions and goals. Then it will be you who can offer advice to other people.
When it comes to the world of bodybuilding, opinions vary on certain issues. Some people train different that others, some people eat different that others and some people live different lifestyles to others. I have a saying when it comes to bodybuilding. 'Learn from other great bodybuilders but remember, do what works best for you'. What this means is that you should listen to what other great bodybuilders have to say and learn from what they tell you. This is the way that I learnt what I did. I studied books and magazines and listened to what people had to say and learned from it.
The next step from that is to put that knowledge into practice and eventually do what works best for you. I believe that knowledge is the power to success. The more knowledge you have then the more chance you will have of ultimately, succeeding. My advice is to keep learning and never stop. Always listen to what people have to say and don't be afraid to try new things. Remember..........experiment with your body.
