Situated in Western Kentucky we pride ourselves on having content and healthy animals. We dedicate a lot of time, patience and love into our farm and our herd of Registered Nigerian Dwarf and LaMancha dairy goats. We strive to have every kid dam raised yet the kids are also imprinted at birth, socialized daily, disbudded and their feet are trimmed regularly.
In an attempt to ensure our animals optimal health we keep them on a current vaccination and de-worming program. We only add new stock from clean tested herds and in return we will also implement annual testing on our goats for CAE, CL, Johnnes and Brucellosis.
We aim for breeding correct and sound animals that any herd can be proud of. We're very proud of our stock and have high hopes for our current herd as we prepare for our 2008 kidding schedule.
Aside from just the goats, we also bale our own hay, tend to our own large garden every year, make lye soaps, goats milk soaps, lotions, bath salts, bath fizzies, linen sprays and lip balms. There's always plenty to do here and we stay very busy, but love every minute of it!
