$40 Early Bird Entry if entry fee received prior to TBD - $45 if received after TBD
$15 Vendor or extra table
$10 Proxy Fee or $3 per horse (table not included, you must have someone assigned to proxy your models for you)
AWARDS: Commercial ribbons 1-6th, Division Champion and Reserve Champion Rosettes (some will be recycled ribbons from our first show Minnesota Live).

TAGS: Following the EMCAT format with all entrants supplying a complete and legible copy of all model names and numbers.

Explanations cards are required in all Performance classes other than Pleasure. Limit of two models per class. ONLY a HORSE or other EQUINE may earn NAN qualification. No Performance entries are allowed with cattle or other animals as the named/tagged entry. Of course these animals can be PROPS when a horse is the entrant.

Halter - A horse can only show in one breed class. You are not allowed to show a horse in one class, change the breed and show it in a nother class down the list. Limit of three models per class. Halter will run in Rings 1-4. There will be 5 minutes set up time between classes - please listen carefully. We want to do what we can to avoid any delays. OF Peter Stone: Defined as any model produced by the Peter Stone Company or Schylling & Associates in a run of greater than 35. OF Peter Stone - Rare: Defined as any model produced by the Peter Stone Company in a run of 35 or less. This includes OOAK, TEST, and Extreme Factory Custom. The Factory Custom Artisan Hall Models, Factory Custom Signature Series, and Factory Custom 2007 Collection show in the OF Peter Stone Halter Class AND NOT the Rare Division. RUN: Includes mare/stallion and glossy/matte versions with in the run. Please use Barb Spohr's website as a guide: http://stonehorseref.com/Search.aspx OF Other Plastic: Defined as any mass produced model horse painted in a factory in runs of greater than 35 pieces; including, but not limited to Breyer and Hartland. OF Other Plastic - Rare: Defined as any mass produced model horse painted in a factory in runs of less than 35 pieces; including, but not limited to Breyer and Hartland. CUSTOM: Defined as any plastic model that has been changed from it's original state. this includes: repaint, hair added, and any resculpting of the model. ARTIST RESIN: Defined as models created and cast by an artist. Model may be finished by anyone. NAN Qualification Notes: 1st and 2nd Place horses in each class qualify for NAN 2008-2009 NAN Policy and Requirements can be viewed at: http://www.namhsa.org/aboutnamhsa.htm Breed Information: * Warmblood - American and Dutch Warmblood, Hanoverian, American Sporthorse, Appaloosa Sporthorse. * Carriage Breeds: Cleveland Bay, Hackney Horse, Gelderlander, Orlov, Gypsy Vanner and Friesian. * British Ponies: Welsh, Shetland, Dales, Exmoor, etc. Any pony breeds native to the British Isles. * Other Ponies: American Shetland, Hackney Pony, POA, etc. |

CANCELLATION POLICY: Refunds are at the discretion of the show holder. No refunds if cancellation is less than 2 weeks before the show date.
HALL RULES: No smoking, no pets. Stay clear of the judging rings while class is being judged. Judge’s decision is Final. Due to space and liability issues no non-showing children under the age of 10 are allowed in the show hall.
VENDING: Entrants may sell from your table as space permits, additional tables or vendor only tables are $15
