How ya doin,

My interview with MMA legend Bas Rutten is now up on new sports website www.yoursportslife.com, which I will be writing Mixed Martial Arts articles for, so go check it out. They cover a wide-base of sports and do some charity work.

I will be performing stand up again (!) at the Frog and Bucket in Manchester on Monday May 5. You'll need to get tickets and turn up early, and bring everyone you know. Bring people you don't know, if you want, but don't expect much in the way of conversation.

Okay, so how ya doin, ya doing okay?

Been gone a short spell (!) back now, with more up-dates (like anyone cares).

Several new short stories up in the Short Story section.

I'm learning Georgian and Russian, so if anyone wants to help, please get in touch.

This year (2008) will mostly be dedicated to what I'm calling Operation Emelianenko. I can't go into too much detail, but it involves speaking Georgian, being back in Lion's Den shape, and actually going somewhere with the Stand Up/Writing/Acting avenues.

Keep checking for new lyrics (imaginativly placed in the Lyrics section, how do I do it?) as in a little while I shall hopefully be working with a Chester based producer and getting some of the funnier sets recorded (badly), for your amusement.

Tonight is Ken Shamrock's last MMA fight, against most recent nemisis Tito Ortiz. This I believe is the first time that a UFC marquee fighter has been an underdog to such a degree.

Wow! 2 updates in one day! God I'm good to you.

Just got back from the second night of Muay Thai, and I loved it. I was finally allowed to spar (which I've been itching to do for years in any combat sport) and I now have a renewed love for combat sports.

I'm going to ask around and see how long it usually takes before someone is allowed to compete, and then I'll be able to put up lots of new pics in the gallery.

I'll keep updating you (yes, both of you) on everything that's going on with me from now on.

Also, there's a special present on it's way to a certain Amazin' A, just beacuse I thought it was a nice thing to do.

I've recently taken Muay Thai kickboxing back up (just last night in fact) after a year's lay off. It feels good to be back involved again. Hopefully I should be starting Judo on Oct 1 fomally, as opposed to all the informal training I've done.

It's quite strange because all of the training I've done has been designed for real situations, outside the chip shop on a Friday nigth type of scenarios, and it feels weird to have to go through all the rituals of an art. Whereas we were told to bob and weave, I was thinking "Just smash him in the balls".

Tonight we should be doing sparring, so I can mabe be a little bit more aggresive than I was last night. I'm always concerned that I'll hurt someone and have everyone think I was taking liberties. I don't believe in destroying someone in order to teach them, and I have a real problem with people who attempt bullying tactics, so tonight someone may get a clump.

As you should know if you've read the Blogs (and why haven't you?) I'm looking for investors, and crew, for my film. Lost in the Jungle will start shooting in November and will be filmed on location in north Wales.

I've changed the template of the site yet again, because yet again I've had a hair cut. Just one, it was a right bugger to get hold of as well.
