First Impression: This web site didn't catch my attention. Its not very creative and nothing really stands out at me. There aren't many graphics or flash videos and the colors they use aren't appealing to the eye.
Navigation: There are many links on this web site but they are very easy to navigate. Also the links are very organized in categories and when you click on the link it change colors.
Materials: The material on this web site seems to be up to date. They update weekly flyer on the web and shows special event date of the month.
Problems Observed: I think this web site does not look very professional. It has different font style all over and a spelling mistake. So they should check it seriouly when update it.
Useful Application: It does not have special link sites. However you can find company's history and read how they threat customers as loyal. This web site is more for like company itself, but not much attention on what they are selling.
E-commerce Consideration: While shopping online you can click on the "Return policy" link which will explain to the customer the companies return policy. Also, if you have any questions or concerns about the company or its products you can email their customer service reps.
Additional Comments: As a business web site, they should give effort on showing products and try to sell in online. They do not organized thier product, there are no price label or explanation.

First Impression: I found this site to be very less toned down when it comes to the colours and fonts although the font size is too small so not easy to read. The design is neat and everything seems to look in order. There is not much graphic on the this page. What I like about this site is that colour of the web site(mostly green) is very well matched with its title (natural pet store). So without too many words around the front site, everything else seems reasonable.
Navigation: The links can be confusing at the beginning just because there are so many and the fonts are a little smaller but after you have found your spot, the layout and design make up for it all.
Materials: Those are all up-to date products and there are no out of stock products. Also all products shows their exact price with fully explanation. And it also shows price range which always considered useful.
Problems Observed: This web site does not really have a problem but they need to change their web site more neat and easy to navigate. I understand that they are dealing with so many products so there's no enough space in front page. However I could not find what I want easily, so I can say that some of customers might have a problem when they visit this web site.
Useful Application: I found lots of useful applicant in this web site. I could request a catalogue and ask questions to the company. Also it provides some training tips for pet.

I feel that this web site doesn't have special design for itself, but they more focus on thier business.
Navigation: Its very easy to find my way around the website. The website is well organized; it contains small pet category sections on the top of the menu bar and all corporate info at the bottom. The menu bar could be hiding by simply click on it, and leaves majority space of the page plain to allow display bigger size image more easily.
Materials: The whole site is really informative and comfortable to view in terms of color and pictures.
Problems Observed: The pet's category is hard to find from Target's homepage although they are providing many kinds of unique products for pet.
Useful Application: There is a currency conversion tool and feedback comments from customers so we can read.
E-commerce Consideration: Many products are on sale so we can buy in lower price than retail store. Also provides free shipping in Canada with over $50 purchase. We can get even more discount by register for a member of the site, and get bonus gift.
Additional Comments: This web site has neat design and font style. Most of all, they provide stuff for lower price, so it is valuable as a business web site.

First Impression: Excellent use of the whole page while keeping it down to a minimal not to strain your eyes. It is very original and very laid back. It is kind of like it has its own community on there and you really feel part of it as you go through all the links. It definately creates brand loyalty and encourages you to come back without even saying anything. It is very inspiring and original.
Navigation: This site is very easy to get through and find all of the freat features that are available to the public.
Materials: They provides many kinds of shopping service. We can order gift card or we can actually buy online gift card so we can just log in and buy products by using codes of the card. They also has a program bill me later, so it encourage to buy products.
Problems Observed: I could not find any problems in this page.
Useful Application: There are few useful links for pet owners such as pet insurance program or training place. You can ask questions for pet community people which this web site provides.

Navigation: The site has a menu bar located at the top of the screen with a very user-friendly design and it remains there on every page. You can easily get to where you are going through the drop-down menus and "Find" functions.
Materials: There is not too much information about the products, but very detailed background profile of the company and up-dated press news applies as well.
Problems Observed: To find pet department, we should click home department first. It is little confusing and not easy to go to pet department directly.
Useful Application: The material is up-to-date and they ship the product within 24 hours. And some of products are on;y avaliable in the online.
E-commerce Consideration: It does tell us if product is currently available and how much is the product. But is does not tell us detailed information of the product, it is more like we just buy them after see a picture. However, they provide unique items which is not easy to find in the store.
