Base Race 2009 @ Mirror of Illusions
For anyone who isn't familiar with the basics of a Base Race, it is simply having a list a bases and dolling on them! You get to choose what you doll and how you use the base, as long as you use it in whatever you create. It's pretty spiffy actually, challenging because of the racing part, the first three done usually get an award, and it definitely helps hone your skills :) This base race had a total of 50 bases, and was done in rounds, so we got 10 at a time. Another unique aspect of this particular base race, was that they gave you 50 'themes', so for each base, you had to also choose an overall theme for that doll. It certainly made it a bit more challenging, but also more fun, in my opinion :D

4. Twilight It's Bella Swan from Stephenie Meyer's Twilight! I'm not usually one to do fan-dolls, but I couldn't figure out how to doll the theme 'Twilight' any other way *shrugs* So this is what I did |

I also would have added a happy trail/etc, but I didn't want to have to make it 'mature' *rolls eyes* So we'll just say he's a fan of man-scaping! haha And I found the tattoos 
She wasn't as 'evil' with normal skintone so I made it like she's a shadow... her eyes/facial expression were perfect for this theme! *love* Just think of her coming out of your closet at night *dun Dun DUN* haha
