Rules
1. NO STOLEN WORK. Got that? We only like people who have talent in design/writing, NOT a talent in quick fingered stealing.
2. If we reject your application, you have no right to explode and swear at me. I will simply delete your email. I have a mature mind so swearing won't weaken me.
3. Jinxed Neo is probably the only site that allows this, but, Paint users WILL be accepted for graphic design if they know the program and can do proffensial (-cough-) work. I suggest you use Paint for pixels xD
4. When putting in your 'Name' in the form, if your name is say, Lisa, but you want a nickname like Luvvy, don't say your name is Lisa. Say it it Luvvy, as that is your cutenews name, your email name, your forum name, your site name, etc etc.
