Yes weve done all the organizing and we officially declare that groups can be made and requested here.

what a group is and its like:

•  Can be used for any purpose of the person leading it
• You can be in as many as you like
• Your group will be deleted if not kept active
• Are composed of groups of friends who want to make it for their own reason or just to stand out in the clan
• Will have group tourneys
• Will come up with a better name besides group

In order to make a group you must have the following done:

• Get it approved by me or one of the council members
• Must have a specific reason for having one
• Any one in the group or leading the group must be in JHC
• Needs 5 or more members in it to be made
• Must stay active or will be disbanded
• Must be an active members on JHC and have been in JHC for 2 weeks

About the behavior or what goes on in each groups here is an outline of what rules you must follow:

• If leader of the group isnt there then the next person in charge or  clan leader is in control of it
• deisrespect to members of the group or JHC will not be tolerated.  If the group leader doesnt take charge of disbehavior then he/she will be warned of disban. 
• You must follow JHC rules and group rules set down for it.
• If a group is inactive for 8 days it will be disbanded.
• Each group will get its own spot on the clan profile.

About members looking to join groups:

• must meet the groups expectations
• Must follow all group rules
• can be in as many groups as wanted to
• Group leaders can ban you from it without reason.  but if booted out and your wondering why then report it to council.

Specials offered in groups:

• Group tourneys
• group wars
• Group contests

About villages:

• Villages must have 12 members
• Same rules apply for them as groups
• only JHC cdaptains or higher can lead villages

Well this is all we have for now.  Feel free to request a group here.  If requesting a group you must state members ready to make the group, group name, purpose of group and group leader.

Ok i am going to start my own group the Trident Division.The Trident Division is made to promote the growth of JHC. If your not intrested in Tridents main goal don't bother asking to join.This group is planned to be one of the more active groups in JHC I amplanning to have a fair amount of events for the members those who join being part of the group meens that you will have activites to do when your here. If you wanna join you can talk to me about it but here the requirements to join.

Requirements: Well I expect all that wanna join to have a +12 streak at least to join. For people that wanna join  you should have at least been an anbu rank at one time. For genin rank to anbu rank you must have a 72% ratio ot higer at all times. Jounin level and up you must have a 67% or higer to be in the Trident Division. GFXers are must certainly needed in this group to. You must also be active in the JHC chatbox and on N-A 5 days a week. You must also ladder 6 times a day to be in Trident to help maintain JHC's ladder rank.

Rules: 1. You Must meet the requirments at all times. 2. You must always be repectful to all members of JHC 3.  Always listen to your leaders 4. Make sure your always having fun XD.

As you all have probaly noticed i have recently deleted our squads sections.  On the upside i have added a new section to replace known as the groups.  Ill just give you all quick rundown on why the squads were deleted and what the groups are going to be like.

Why squads got canceled:

• They werent being taken care of by their leaders
• They havent brought in the use to the clan like we originally intentioned
• One of our other admins who was supposed to get them back into use became inactive and couldnt do it
• There taking up to much space on the clan profile
• People who are trying to get in some of these squads can get in because of inactive leaders

What were keeping:

• The Akatsuki squad wich will be transfered into a group
• The Akatsuki root may cime back but as a rank on the clan prof. once everything gets settled because we need managaers for the clan

About the groups:

• Can be used for any purpose of the person leading it

Feel free to voice your oppinions in this blog about the new changes.  If interested in making a new group pm a leader ranked person and wait for their approval.  If you need more information about the groups and akatsuki root leave JHC leader(me a.k.a Sherain) a comment or message on his prof about it.

Ok JHC is working on our first clan video! Well before we get started we need people who can work on it and people who are gonna be in it. If you are interested in either helping on it or being the video talk to SherainShang521 Jman42 or shikamaru. Also were looking for people who can help work on the video or help out on it. What were looking for is someone with experience making videos or clips for that matter. So if your interested in helping out and you have no idea what your doing dont bother asking to help. Ask SherainShang521 or hidan101kakuzu if theres a spot opening.
