Mountain Way Kung Fu (Gong fu)
      The premier martial arts system of Dragon Arts.  The culmination of thousands of years of martial excellence.  This internal system includes shaolin, taiji, xingyi, bagua, suaijiao, qinna, true inner cultivation, and is geared toward a better understanding of self and a balance in life.  Since we practice self-preservation skills, competition and trophy performances are not emphasized.  Only effectively applied methods are incorporated into this comprehensive system.  There are no restrictions for membership, but the minimum age limit is 5.
