Spent a lot of time with web site development. Successful businesses know who their customers are. The customer pay our salaries. We must be responsive and alert to their changing needs.
I was successful in gearing a high tech firm to move their U.S. base with 200 well paying jobs to Aurora. I believe in moving jobs back to the U.S.A.
Military
Spent 3 years as a Naval Yoman (Clerk in Charge of Officers Records) in the Naval Air Reserves at Great Lakes and Glenview Naval Air Bases deployed to Europe.Was selected to become an officer in the Air Force. Spent 21 years as Operations and Logistics Officer in charge or 63rd to the 928th O'hare ARFF, IL. Deployed to various spots around the globe. I trained over 500 clerical/technical troops to deploy to war zones.
Community
Spent one year coaching youth baseball. Spent 12 years coaching soccer including one 3 on 3 national team. Spent 5 years coaching youth football teams. Spent 1 year as Director of Girls Soccer for the Darien Youth Club and 1 year as Director of Fund Raising for the Darien Youth Club. I am a member of the Kane County and Aurora Democrats Organization. Spent two years as a Precinct Captain in Aurora's west side.
