Organically-raised, grassfed Jersey beef

We have organically-raised, grass-fed, Jersey steer beef available now (July 2008).  It is sold as a quarter, and can also be sold as pieces.

 

  • The prices are based on the hanging weights which are 500 lbs. and 570 lbs.

  • A quarter is $3/lb.

 

A quarter consists of steaks, roasts, ground beef, patties, soup bones, organ meats.

 

If sold by pieces, the prices are:

 

  • Steaks:  $10/lb.
  • Roasts:  $6/lb.
  • Ground beef:  $6/lb.
  • Patties:  6/lb.
