For June Beck and Karen Cooksley,

Our most sincere thanks for all of your hard work and dedication.

To June and Karen: I want to convey my heartfelt thanks and appreciation for all that you have done and continue to do for us all on the forum. What you both have given to us who love Ms. O'Hara  and respect her life and her work, I know in my heart of hearts, none of us can ever repay all the gracious and unselfish ways you both have demonstrated that love. You  have brought us closer and more in tune with her life and her movie career and just have put an entirely new reflection on her already Hollywood Icon persona. My thanks for bringing her to real life and for always representing her in as a classic ..she is a "class act" and we are honored, I know I am certainly honored, to be a part of this magnificent forum.. I have learned so much and gained great insight by my presence there and more importantly then ever, I have obtained friends that will remain in my heart throughout my lifetime. my hats off to you both, with deepest gratitude and love I again thank you both. A special thanks to Ms. O'Hara for being as she is too, just a dynamic women and force in my life..Love Susan/Min

June & Karen: You have brought us so much enjoyment through your dedication to the work of maintaining the Maureen O'Hara website and particularly the Forum. You have enabled us to participate in some wonderful experiences of interaction with the lovely lady Herself. You have given us so much of yourselves and your time. For this I thank you most sincerely. May you be blessed richly each and every day. With love and appreciation, Margaret James

June and Karen

Over the years since you began the Forum part of June's website I have been posting for the better or for the worse, sometimes just to get people's Irish up to get things moving a bit and to get some minor controversy in the works and to stear away a bit from the sweet and sugary all the time. I have made some mistakes and offended some people including yourselves and have even been named THE JONSTER.. WELL you two have brought me closer to Ms O'H than I ever thought possible. She has said my name, she has read my posts and my messages, she has heard about me for the better or for the worst and for that I am very very very grateful and appreciative. I am glad that my idea for a gift was a rousing success and in spite of my being initially jealous and disappointed that I couldn't play a more active role in the process, MS O'H HAS A GIFT IN HER HOME THAT WE GAVE HER AND SHE THANKED US BY NAME and so I THANK YOU BOTH, ESPECIALLY JUNE, FOR ALL THAT YOU HAVE DONE   FOR US and this is Jonathan speaking, not the Jonster..............

About 3 years ago I first discovered the MOH website and at first was hesitant about contacting the webmaster. But I discovered June to be very gracious and soon had a friendship going with her. She was so kind to want to show my work representing my all time favorite movie, The Quiet Man. I had been painting scenes that represented the movie for a long time and all of a sudden other folks were showing interest due entirely to the link with June's site. Aside from that Tami and I have enjoyed the many different pages that are available. Especially her Ireland trip so well presented. Getting insight to Maureen O'Hara and her life has been a genuine pleasure. It is nice to know that Mary Kate Danaher still lives. Later I had the opportunity to know Karen. She is a tremendous asset to the site. Because of her the whole world is pretty well represented on the forum.

My first knowledge and contact with June was over 3 years ago when my wife and I were planning our first ever trip outside the U.S....and it was to Ireland. June was EXTREMELY helpful to us, gave us valuable useful tips and was very gracious to provide it. Since then, I've watched her "labor of love" on all that pertained to Maureen O'Hara. I really appreciate this hard work, done without monetary reward, and handling a tremendous amount of correspondence both from fans and to Maureen O'Hara. Then along comes Karen with an expertise on the 'puter!! What a hook-up!!!....between those two ladies, making it all work together for the same purpose. We THANK YOU, June and Karen!!!!!!!

Your web sites and info's have certainly brought our dear lady closer to us. Too, I feel that I belong to a much larger family united in admiration. Never would I have ever thought that I would meet such gifted people on line. God bless your generosity, time spent and bless you with many graces for a continued happy life.

To June and Karen,
I would like to extend to you my sincerest thanks for all the hard work you put into The Maureen O'Hara website. I know for you it is a labor of love but want you to know that each time I visit the site, it brightens my day! Maureen O'Hara is a beautiful woman inside and out and an extraordinary human being and I feel quite honored to be part of the forum and in a small way part of her amazing life. June and Karen,
It's hard to believe it is over 40 years since I first wrote to Maureen requesting that she send me her autographed picture. And I remember praying each night to meet Maureen and Duke. Well, as the story goes, we lost Duke in 1979, but thanks to the efforts and great generosity of two of the most giving and talented people I know, June and Karen, I am not only learning more and more about my one and only favorite actress, but, God be Praised, I heard Herself mention my name in thanks for the music box!!! How do I thank you dear ladies for making such a miracle happen?? Thanks is not enough, but it is all that I have to give. Please know that you are an answer to a child's (and now a woman's) prayer. Maureen is a pure joy and June and Karen you have allowed me to lavish in it. Thank you.  Joan Nowicki

Dear June and Karen,
The words I write will never be able to express just how grateful I am to have found your forum. You've given me the opportunity to interact with wonderful people who understand just how I could have gone to Ireland by myself and spent time alone walking through Quiet Man country. People who understand how I can give up doing other things to sit home and watch an O'Hara movie on television. People who understand that, even though I've never met her, I feel like I know her and love her for what she is. And now...she knows my name and knows I care about her. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

June and Karen, I want to express my gratitude to you both for making this past year a little more exciting for me. When I stumbled upon your website, June, I had no idea what adventures awaited me. Then I found the forum, and...amazing! I've been able to make so many friendships with people whom I never would have known or had the remotest possibility of meeting otherwise. Maureen O'Hara is a treasure. It's wonderful that we still have her with us, and it's equally as wonderful that there are people like you out there who are dedicated to keeping her fans up-to-date! I have truly enjoyed learning more about her. You're both very special ladies. Thank you so very much for all that you do. May God bless you abundantly.

Love,

To June and Karen,
With out all your hard work Maureen O'Hara would only live in our thoughts and hearts. But you two have opened a door for us to share the wonder of Maureen's presence. Karen and June together you have created a labor of love with the Maureen O'hara Website and Forum. As a result of your efforts members from around the globe post their thoughts and comments with topics ranging from everyone's favorite topic, Miss O to classic movies and well, just life in general. The website and forum are a testimony to what individuals can do when inspired. Not only is it is a place to pledge our love and admiration to our favorite movie star and to let her know it but it is a forum of international members who treat each other and the topics shared with peace and understanding. Now lets get the politicians of the world to follow your example! Thank you!

Thanks June and Karen for being there for us - sharing information, pictures on Maureen so that we all feel we know her. You let us feel so welcome - and have truly done a wonderful job on the webpage and the Forum - and now the audio interview

I `ve been a guest and contributor to the webpage since I first discovered it in 1996 ( or was it 1995 ?) Anyway I feel like an old-timer there. Through what you have created I have met so many kind and gracious people - friends from far away.

June - you are one important reason why I met Maureen herself in Ireland in 1999. Always you have been so friendly and kind to me. Karen - it was so much fun to meet you at Harrods - at the signing last September. To share a day with other fans was a memorable event. I feel that we fans really are one big family.

And - of course - Maureen`s fans are the most giving and wonderful people out there, June and Karen -- you are at the top of the list .

Thanks a million for all you have done for us so far -- And may you - Herself - and us fans - continue to prosper!
Thanks and love,
Arild
