My name is Jean Rojas. I am a 52 year old real estate broker from Cavite City, Philippines. My hobbies and interests are writing (poems, short stories and essays), reading (history, biographies and true crime stories), music (singing and listening to all sorts of music) and meeting new friends.

In this day and age, when youth and beauty seem to be the main priority of most societies, I would like to think that I belong to the group that sees through the heart,not just the physical attributes. I try my best to have compassion, for without it, we can not call ourselves "human beings". I like to think that I am not judgemental and I try my best to shun prejudices. If I had longer arms,I would embrace the whole world from Asia to Europe, to the Americas and to Africa. For as the saying goes, in giving, we  are receiving.....and to be sensitive to the needs of others, is to be truly sensitive to one's own nature.Some may call these things weird or strange...those who are younger in years may not understand. But I have the gift of a mature age now....and I am happily settled in this stage..I don't regret having lost my teen years..and I enjoy looking back and reminiscing....
