My girlfriend, Chanel, took this picture on our way home from Kentucky with the airplane. I thought it was a really cool picture!

It has a Subaru EA81 with 1.8:1 reduction drive.

A picture with the wings on when I was weighing it.  It came out at 726 pounds, but I have added a little bit of weight since then.

Chanel and I shortly after we got the Airplane to the airport.  (Our Shop is nearby, so we pulled the KR to the airport with a golf cart and a t-post with flat iron welded on one end and a muffler clamp on the other. Hey it worked!) I wish I had pictures, maybe next time!

This is what a happy pilot looks like during his first taxi!

I took off my shoes, it gave me better feel and made it easier to taxi.  Also made Chanel laugh at me.
