Hi all, my name is Josh Choitz. I am from a small town in the middle of Kansas called Ellsworth. I am a member of the local EAA chapter #1127. I am 24 years old and am currently in college and majoring in aviation. I have my private pilots license. I bought a KR-2S project in October of 2006 and am in the process of getting it flying. None of this project ever would have gotten done if it wasn't for the most beautiful woman in the world, my ever patient fiancee, Chanel. She has helped out along the entire way. I earned my airworthiness certificate on January 16th 2009, and am waiting for some nice weather to take her up! I made my first flight January 22nd 2009.

Chanel and I shortly after we got the Airplane to the airport. (Our Shop is nearby, so we pulled the KR to the airport with a golf cart and a t-post with flat iron welded on one end and a muffler clamp on the other. Hey it worked!) I wish I had pictures, maybe next time!

I took off my shoes, it gave me better feel and made it easier to taxi. Also made Chanel laugh at me.
