£50 per night (minimum 3 nights)
Notes on prices:
Prices are for the property per night in pounds sterling.
There is an additional £45 cleaning/laundry charge for stays of less than 7 days.
Linen and towels are changed during your stay for rentals of over 10 days.
A £75 booking deposit is required at the time of booking.
A £150 security/breakages deposit is required 6 weeks prior to the start of your holiday which is returned within 2 weeks after your holiday subject to a satisfactory apartment inspection.
The balance is required 6 weeks before the start of your holiday.
We accept payment by cheque or Bacs transfer.
Changeover Day - Normal arrival time is 15.00 and departure time is 10.00, however this can be flexible.
Our keyholder will meet and great you on site and show you around the apartment.
Airport pick-up is also available upon request and is subject to an additional cost.
Our key holder will provide you with a welcome pack of your choice if requested at an additional cost.
We can also book neighbouring apartments on your behalf for larger family's/parties.
