Poco Rancho Caballo

2002 Palomino Stallion, AQHA #4193439, 14.2.1/2 hands. His name means "Little Ranch Horse" and he is just that! Smartest horse
I have ever broke and rode. Extremely willing and very athletic and playful. Loves
those cows! Poco is foundation bred (99.6%), carrying 23.43% Poco Bueno blood,
16.016% King blood.
PEDIGREE.
His first foal crop arrived in 2005 and they are nice... very well balanced
with cute heads , very easy to get along with and they are now breaking out extremely well. He has proven to be a very prepotent sire, he bettered every mare
he was bred to, what more can you say about a stallion?! Poco will trail ride all day long right behind mares or geldings. He has a wonderful disposition, a good neck rein and moves off leg pressure well. Knows the barrel and pole pattern, has awesome turns, still working on bringing on the speed. Will cut and has been worked on a mechanical cow, was also worked for reining at one time. Would be great for working cow horse events. Has also been started in mounted shooting. Just a good, broke, athletic stallion ready to ride and work. Also registered PHBA and ARHA.
2007 Stud fee: $500
Offered for sale due to changes in the direction of our program and dispersal of most of our herd. $private treaty

Reference Sires
We don't own these stallions anymore but have some of their get for sale.

Mr Bugs Malone(deceased)
1979 AQHA sorrel stallion. Own son of Bugs Alive in 75 (SI 94, $550,969, All American Futurity Winner, 1975 Champion Running Stallion, a leading sire of Race ROM's & Money Earners). Bugs was only lightly raced as a 2 & 3 yr old, achieving a SI 80 and Race Register of Merit. He has a super disposition and really puts speed on his foals. This old stud had the genetics for speed, Bugs Alive in 75 is still on the leading barrel horse sires list many years after his death. We have several of Bug's foals for sale.
Pedigree. Deceased Jan. 2008 at 29 years old!
Zippo Cody Bars was a 1980
Sorrel Stallion by Zippo Pat Bars out of a daughter of Poco Pine.
He is a 3/4 brother to Zippo Pine Bar. Old stallion was trained for
cutting as a youngster but wasn't shown due to ownership disputes, etc.
Could still move like a cat and cut a cow at age 24. The foals we
raised by this stallion have all been very athletic and could do
anything they were asked to do. There are currently several horses by
this stallion that are running 1D barrels, another one does mounted
shooting, one is a mounted rescue service horse, several rope and of
course some pleasure and most are pretty enough to halter. He was a consistent sire of pretty moving,
good looking foals for us. Excellent, Champion
Pedigree, please take a moment to check it out. We still have a few of his get left for sale.
