M-33 3.71 was made by Dark Alex he has made M-33 since PSP software 1.5 witch was the start of runing isos and ugradeing higher like M-33 3.80 you could run hacks like devhook windows 95,Linux and other opperating systems as iso's Here's the link Warning there's a chance of bricking.

Devhook looks like its never going to stop like Dark Alex stoped Devhook started at PSP Firmware 1.0 there is more of a chance of bricking and more coplicating but more powerful heres instructions   installation

1) Download 3.03 Firmware Eboot (below)
2) Download Devhook v0.52 + PSAR Dumper from C+D (bundled below)
3) Extract all Files
4) Move PSAR_Dumper2 and PSAR_Dumper2% to PSP/Game directory
5) Download PBP Unpacker (below)
6) Install it on computer and run after installation and click "Open"
7) Navigate to the 3.03 eboot file and open it, then extract the files to any directory
8) Move the DATA.PSAR file to the root of your memory stick
9) Open up the extracted devhook folder and move dh, fbm and PSP into the root of your memory stick
10) Disconnect your PSP and run the PSAR dumper from your memory stick via the XMB and follow the on-screen instructions (press X to dump)
11) Connect your PSP to your PC and copy the newly created F0 folder (root of your memory stick) and move it to dh/303/
12) Run Devhook v0.52 now and go down to flash install (uninstall the flash configuration if you have previously installed a previous firmware) and click install configuration (first option I believe). Hold O for a few seconds to confirm.
13) Now go to firmware and select 3.03 and boot up Devhook, good luck and have fun!

REAMBER THERE IS A CHANCE OF BRICKING !!

Ok this is going to be a long story but ok so in 2003 microsoft released Microsoft Windows Longhorn 2003 as you might know but they failed and yes this was after XP and they failed because it wasen't going to be ready in time and because they needed a very powerful machine to run Longhorn so they had to release there back up Windows Vista im sure you know that OS Vista has a lot of Driver Compalability issues and a lot of Application Compalability issues so they release SP1 again they failed Microsoft failed to make one difference in SP1 so Vista was a disaster.

 As u know about a bit about Longhorn as they abandond it you know there going to go back to it and redo it and Longhorn was going to be the best OS ever better that OSX , Linux , Solaris but there going to go back to it and bill gates said that it will come out in 2010 and they will call it "Windows 7" OR "Windows Vienna" personly i think "Vienna is a crap name but still that's Microsoft. I like there company i like there OS's even that i have had the BSOD 4 times now but i don't like there 360 PS34life so will Microsoft fail again with Vienna ?
