•  Average rubber roof change costs about $1800.00

            (based on 28' unit with no major repairs to the decking)

• Carpet and linoleum change average about $400.00 plus materials.

•  Fiber glass repair depends on hours of work and materials and is estimated on a job to job basis. 

• Whole unit paint jobs start at $3000.00 for 2 color paint, on a 30' unit. 

•  Fiberglass delambs are mostly fixable and do not require a wall change, call for estimates. 

• There is a small reimbursable fee, upon getting work, on all written estimates.  Fee depends on time to put together estimate.  

• Hourly rate is $75.00 per hour per man with a one hour minimum. 

• If travel is required over 20 miles its 50 cents per mile for travel.
