Hi,
Welcome to my site, inside you will find some beautiful Cavaliers and Pugs.
I started off in Cavaliers eight years ago when i bought a tri coloured boy (Char-lee) as a pet. We were talked into taking him to a couple of ribbon parades and got hooked into the world of showing.
I purchased an absolutely lovely bitch from Nelson, NZ, from Rex and Doreen Fenemor. I was totally blessed to be able to obtain such a beautiful bitch as my first show dog and start to my kennels. Her name is CH Fenville Dream O' Nelson. Neena as she is known, won several group awards, although she never won an in show award, she certainly made her presence known in the ring. I was very proud of her when she won best of breed out of fifty Cavaliers and then went onto get reserve in group, let alone when she won both bitch challenges and best of breeds at the Gore championship show as a junior. She is certainly a bitch to be proud of.
Neena was mated with AUST/NZ CH Gramarye Golden Thorn and they produced Lakota Ain't No Saint (Tayla). Unfortunealty Tayla did not have long show career, only gaining one challenge certificate. At five months of age, Tayla won Baby Puppy In Show at the Otago Southland Cavalier King Charles Spaniel Championship Show, (her very first show) and then won Puppy In Show at the Southland Kennel Association Championship Show.
Tayla was mated to CH Harwarden Liaison In The Park At Prestonville which produced Lakota Devil In Disguise, (Adam) who is strutting his stuff in the ring. Adam is yet to mature, but is coming along very nicely, winning Baby Puppy Of Breed at the 2006 National Dog Show and winning Puppy In Show at the Otago Toy Dog Club Championship show.
My Pugs are just starting out in the show ring, my foundation boy is Dellawood What about me, bred by Lynne Marie Tuhou of Dellawood Kennels. Jaymie as he is known at home has not been shown alot to date, but has done well with the few shows he has been to. Out of five shows he has won, baby puppy in group, reserve dog challenge, reserve of breed, puppy in group, best dog challenge and best of breed. He is shaping up to be a dog to watch out for. I am proud to be able to own and show him. Jaymie will be closely followed by Louie, at the moment this is all i can let out about him as he is not in the ring yet, BUT i will say he is stunning. Watch this space.
