Full House ran for eight seasons and was one of the few primetime sitcoms to have more than 190 episodes.
Early in its run, Full House received awful reviews, but it still became a popular favorite, even as it continued to receive not-so-good reviews throughout its run.
Set in San Francisco, this is a show about a very loving family headed by Danny Tanner, who became a single father when his wife, Pam Tanner, was killed in a car accident. Pam's brother Jesse, and Danny's best friend Joey Gladstone moved into the house to help Danny raise his three daughters D.J., Stephanie, and Michelle.
Starting from season 2, most of the episodes for the rest of the series had what is called a "teaser", which is a scene that is shown before the theme song and opening credits start. Some episodes in the series had what is called a "tag", which is a scene that is shown during the closing credits at the end of the show.
The Full House theme song, "Everywhere You Look", was written by Jeff Franklin, Jesse Frederick, and Bennett Salvay, and it was performed by Jesse Frederick. Jesse Frederick and Bennett Salvay also wrote the background music for Full House, which included the music that was used to signal commercial breaks.

Mary Kate Olsen Seeks Anorexia Treatment
Reuters has announced that Mary-Kate Olsen has entered a treatment program for an eating disorder reported to be anorexia. The New York Minute star, who last week celebrated her 18th birthday with twin sister Ashley, has been a tabloid sensation of late given her frail figure; Mary-Kate herself comically addressed the issue when the twins hosted Saturday Night Live back on May 15th by ordering an extra, playing her, to "eat a sandwich." Michael Pagnotta, the twins' publicist, has stated that Mary-Kate "is thankful for the encouragement and support of her friends and family, who are with her every step of the way." He added that she entered an unnamed facility during the last week and is expected to receive treatment for approximately one month. This means Ashley will make a solo voyage to Australia and New Zealand later this month to promote New York Minute, the Olsens' first feature film, which had a disappointing run at the American box-office. | |

Jodi Sweetin
Birthday: January 19, 1982 Birth Place: Los Angeles, California Birth Name: Jodie Leanne Sweetin
Biography: When not at school, Jodie currently lives with her proud parents in California. She has no siblings, but was once heard to say that she wished she had a younger brother. Though life as an only child can be tough at times, Jodie has handled it well. Jodie does have a pet dog, Lacey. Lacey is a Lhasa Apso. An interesting tidbit is that Jodie received Lacey as a gift from the producers of a Sizzler commercial she appeared in. The producers liked Jodie so much and gave her Lacey as a token of their admiration. Jodie began acting at an early age. Noted earlier TV appearances by her include commercials plus a guest appearance on the show The Hogan Family. Her adorable smile is rumored to have won the hearts of producers Miller and Boyett who were at the time formulating a new sitcom. This new sitcom was destined to be Full House. Miller and Boyett had seen Jodie's performance on Hogan's Family and immediately knew she was perfect for their new show. Jodie didn't even have to audition. In fact, they built the Stephanie character on Full House around her! and her biggest fan is andrew hanson!
Bear in mind that at the time Full House premiered in 1987, Jodie was only 5 years old. Those who remember the early seasons of Full House will no doubt recall the incredible acting abilities she was able to exhibit at such an early age. Some may think that any kid could get up there and do it, but Jodie's smooth delivery at such an early age set her apart from being characterized a typical child actress. Jodie went on to grow before our eyes as Full House continued for 8 strong years, until its sudden cancellation in 1995. During her years on Full House she developed an incredibly large following of devoted fans. This following, a noted indicator of her success and popularity, should help catapult Jodie into new and exciting roles, should she choose to continue to pursue acting.
Since Full House, Jodie has continued to whet our appetites for her great acting with special appearances on such TV shows as Brotherly Love, and a special appearance as part of an All Star magic special. She's also appeared as part of a Full House 'mini-reunion' on the show America's Funniest Home Videos. Jodie was briefly featured as a secondary character on Fox's Party of Five. Jodie joined the cast beginning with the October 19, 1999 show. Since then, Jodie also had a featured spot in a music video for the startup group "Up Syndrome" in 2000.
Currently in Second year of University in California, commuting from her parent's house.
Currently married to Shaun Holguin since July 27, 2002.
Was on "switched up" with the guy who played steve.

Birthday: November 29, 1990 Birth Name: Blake Anthony Wilhoit
Biography: Blake Tuomy-Wilhoit along with identical twin brother Dylan Tuomy-Wilhoit were born on November 29, 1990. Just 3 years down the road they were playing the adorable little twins on full house. They are both right-handed and were born to parents, Karen and Jeff. blake's favorite color is red. He is a Sagittarus and his favorite subject is art. Their favorite foods are pizza, pasta, and fruit. Their favourite hobbies then was painting, listening to stories, dancing, playing in the water, and to ride their toy motorcycles. Dylan loves Tuna sandwhiches, but Blake doesn't like them at all! His Pets are as follows: Dog-Kuma, Cat-Cammie, & Turtle-Yertle. He is younger than Dylan by 19 minutes. He is currently living in San Fernando Valley, California. The twins were believed to get as big as the Olsens but obviously fate proved otherwise...but they say " i really don't mind and just enjoy seeing themselves on old reruns of full house"
Both boys loved being on Full House, and were especially close with Mary-Kate & Ashley Olsen (the twins who shared the part of cousin Michelle).
Their acting coach / Baby wrangler was Adria Later (who had also worked with the Olsen twins). It wasn't always easy to get the twins to do exactly what the producers wanted, and the audience sometimes had to be told not to laugh when the boys misbehaved, since it encouraged them to continue.

Scott Weinger
Birthday: October 5, 1975 Birth Place: New York, New York,USA Birth Name: Scott Eric Weinger
Biography: Scott Eric Weinger (pronounced, btw, as wine-gerr) was born in New York, New York, on October 5, 1975, to Babs Weinger, a teacher, and Elliott Weinger, an orthopedic surgeon. The eldest of four children, Scott has two brothers and one sister. He spent the majority of his formative years in southern Florida, then moved with his family to Los Angeles when his career began to take off.
Scott first became interested in acting in the third grade, when an actor gave a presentation for Career Day. He relentlessly pestered his parents to get him an agent until they finally realised that the young tyke was serious about becoming an actor. His first gig was a national commercial for Ideal Toys.
In autumn of 1994, Scott left the L.A. scene to fulfill yet another dream - attending Harvard University. Taking leave of TV series FULL HOUSE didn't suggest he was leaving the business altogether. He continued as the voice of "Aladdin" in the Saturday morning TV series, completed two more full length Aladdin videos, and made a final appearance on FULL HOUSE, all while maintaining excellent scores at school. As if all of that didn't keep the ambitious lad busy enough, he also held a part-time job as a youth correspondent for Good Morning America.
Scott majored in English and minored in French literature while at Harvard, and he graduated magna cum laude in June of 1998. In his first online interview after returning to Los Angeles, he still seemed to be undecided about what his plans were. The possibilities were narrowed down to writing, directing, acting, and news correspondence.
Since his return to Hollywood, he has starred in a horror flick, SHREDDER, produced an award winning film short, "The Cricket Player", and provided his voice for Osamu Tezuka's METROPOLIS, Disney/Square Co.'s video game, Kingdom Hearts, and two upcoming Disney films, MICKEY'S PHILHARMAGIC & THE SEARCH FOR MICKEY MOUSE!
Scott considers himself to be a writer, primarily, and an actor, secondarily. He is currently working as a writer for the WB television show, "Like Family," which is described as a "multi-ethnic crossover comedy about two very different families coming together under one roof."
He was the voice of Aladdin in the video game: Kingdom Hearts
Did an online interview with Dave Coulier (played Joey Gladstone on Full House)
He is left-handed
Scott plays the voice of Aladdin, and has played Aladdin in an episode of "Full House" |
