Name: Jaster Mereel

Description: Jaster Mereel was one of the few remaining Mandalorian after the Mandalorian Sith war. The survivors broke off into two main Mandalorian Branches. Jaster, who ascended into the rank of Mandalore; was leader of the Mandalorian Peacekeepers, an order which followed the honorable Supercommando Codex. However, the other Mandalorian faction known as the Death Watch did not. Their Armor style greatly differed from the original Mandalorian style, though their technology remained the same.

Soon Jaster would lead the Mandalorian civil war between the Peacekeepers and the Death Watch. Their skirmishes were often brief and rarely produced casualties. However, one day the Death Watch turned a battle into their favor. They drove the Peacekeepers out of their location and forced them into hiding. Where they hid would be in young Jango Fett's home. His father pleaded to the Death watch that he did not know where the Peacekeepers were hidden. Out of anger The Death Watch executed both Jango's mother and father. With pity, Jaster took in Jango into the Peacekeepers to raise him as a son and a member.

Later in the future, where Jango is more than capable to hold his own, Jaster was mislead into a battle. Under false information he brought his entire community of Peacekeepers to a "battle". In the planet of Korda 6 was where the Mandalorian Peacekeepers would fight last. Met with both native resistance and a suprise visit of the Death Watch, the Peacekeepers were well outmatched. In an attempt at a retreat, Jaster ran towards a nearby ship attempting to board only to have it lift off away. The cowardly Montross rode off on his own. Stranded, Jaster was gunned down in a hail of fire from the indigenous forces.

Dying, Jaster laid on the battlegrounds coughing what would seem to be the last bit of life he had left. Jango rushed to his side, and held him. He never left his side, until Jaster's last breath was given. In grievance and fury, Jango swore vengenace to avenge his comrade's death, breaking the oath of the Supercommando Codex to enter a life of bounty hunting and assassinations.

Alone, Jaster's corpse slowly repaired itself. The nanites from his nano-augmentations worked furiously to restore life to it's host or it would be the end of the nanites themselves. Repairing spinal damage as well as many ruptured organs, Jaster was cast back into the living. His eyes opened, he sat up in suprise only to collapse again under the pain. He laid there gathering his thoughts. The events that happened that day was too great for him to comprehend and only left him with an empty feeling. This emotionlessness he felt was the most terrible feeling he's experienced. Jaster simply got up, dusted himself off and flew off into the void of space. He had nothing. Like his fostered son, Jaster himself would be forced to give up his extinct codex and enter the Hunter's Guild. It gave him a way to uphold his view of Justice.

He found himself drifting around abandoned sectors, scavenging for supplies to meet his own needs. Often in his quarters alone, he would replay the battle repeatedly in his head, thinking about what actions he could have taken to prevent the disaster. For months he was lost in this mentality, forgetting the fact that the Mandalorians that were killed are dead and will remain dead. From there he broke his own Codex, taking bounty requests and other dishonorable career points. But he changed his thoughts spontaneously, his mind set on restoring his people and his kingdom. After gathering up enough supplies and money, Jaster began a path back to his home planet, Concord Dawn. Concord Dawn was where the last True Mandalorians were killed off by the Death Watch. Jaster himself was banished from this planet for the murder of his commanding officer, but now he was returning to this long abandoned desert planet. Most civilian cities were completely emptied, but the military sites were not. It was obvious space pirates have scavenged the parts for his people's superior military technology. His idea of restocking his munitions and arms could not be fulfilled in this exhausted planet, although he recovered some items from Pirates that have chosen to remain in the planet.

With Concord Dawn removed from his point of interest, he set his sights the main Mandalorian planet: Mandalore. The planet seemed untouched by most foreign influences besides the Imperial mining of the natural metals. Supplies were plenty in the hidden armories, all completely abandoned (besides droids). Although some "restricted" areas shouldn't have been to the current Mandalore himself, he still felt a sense of trespass when entering "forbidden" sectors. Jaster comes across a great find which will benefit him for years to come, the holding chamber of the Mandalore's equipment. Each piece of equipment was sealed behind many encryptions and metal casings, taking Jaster many weeks to claim each one for his own. Although the salvaging of previous Mandalore equipment made Jaster feel some slight guilt, he felt like it was his even more, especially the Helm.

He chose to use Mandalore the Ultimate's equipment as his was designed during the Neo Crusader era, the era of war. Although slightly outdated, this new armor had some features than his Shock Trooper armor, the more obvious one being the amount of armor it had. The armor itself had numerous customization options, which Jaster took full advantage of. However, the armor design did not have any Thrust Pack support at all. Rather than changing his armor design, he changed his Repulsar Lift pack design. He reduced the size, shrinking it seem as if it were plating from his actual armor itself. It was compact enough to be hidden within his cloak but still had equal lift and thrust previously. He reroute the power supply to the fuel tanks that supported his wrist flame launchers, a more primitive power source but he had to sacrifice something. He removed his Lift Pack Rocket launcher, replacing the need by adding wrist fired rockets to both hands.

Finally, Jaster installs programming into both his armor and helm to a more modernized extent. Without ruining the Mandalore Helm, he upgrades the HUD completely to synchronize with his armor and Nano-augmentations. He would be fully aware of the state of his armor and his state of health.
