Q. How does payment work?
A. I will accept payment in advance or on the last day of the week on which I walk your dog. You can pay by cash or a cheque made payable to Jasper's Dog Walking. For your dog/puppy's first week of walking/puppy visits payment is required at the consultation.

Q. How will I know how/what my dog is doing on his walks?
A. I will provide you with a quick note or e-mail either daily or weekly to let you know what your dog has been up to and how he/she is doing. 

Q. How much notice do I need to give for a cancellation?
A. If you have to cancel your dog’s regular walk two days notice is required.

Q. What if it’s raining? What if my dog gets dirty?
A. Your dog will be walked rain or shine.  If you leave a towel by the door I will dry your dog off if necessary.  I can’t bathe your dog but I can put him in a designated area in your home or in a crate if you want.

Q. Does Jasper's Dog walking provide boarding?

A. Jasper's Dog Walking provides boarding in my home for a limited number of dogs.
