To effectively view this site the way it was designed, your screen resolution should be a minimum of 1024 X 768. Also, it helps if you close your "favorites" sidebar when using Internet Explorer. If your view of the pages seems to be "stepped" from left to right, then please check your monitor settings. FYI, orange text is usually a link on which you can click.
