Art. 1
Bildungs- und Erziehungsauftrag
(1) 1 Die Schulen haben den in der Verfassung verankerten Bildungs- und Erziehungsauftrag zu verwirklichen. 2 Sie sollen Wissen und Können vermitteln sowie Geist und Körper, Herz und Charakter bilden. 3 Oberste Bildungsziele sind Ehrfurcht vor Gott, Achtung vor religiöser Überzeugung, vor der Würde des Menschen und vor der Gleichberechtigung von Männern und Frauen, Selbstbeherrschung, Verantwortungsgefühl und Verantwortungsfreudigkeit, Hilfsbereitschaft, Aufgeschlossenheit für alles Wahre, Gute und Schöne und Verantwortungsbewusstsein für Natur und Umwelt. 4 Die Schülerinnen und Schüler sind im Geist der Demokratie, in der Liebe zur bayerischen Heimat und zum deutschen Volk und im Sinn der Völkerversöhnung zu erziehen.

Aufgaben der Schulen
(1) 1 Die Schulen haben insbesondere die Aufgabe,

Was ist so schlimm daran?
Nun, es ist nicht falsch, den Schülerinnen und Schülern Repekt vor Anderen beizubringen und damit Diskriminierung vorzubeugen. Was ich dabei aber nicht machen darf, ist, nach Gruppen zu unterscheiden. Derartiges gehört in den Religions- oder Ethikunterricht.

Kurz zusammengefasst: Natürlich kommt es vor, dass homosexuell empfindende Jugendliche Selbstmord begehen. Ebenso wie heterosexuell empfindende. Der Rückschluss aber, dass daran die Diskriminierung der Gesellschaft schuld sei, steht auf extrem wackligen Beinen. Natürlich ist es falsch und grundsätzlich abzulehnen, einen Menschen zu diskriminieren. Das macht aber ein eventuell dahinter stehendes Verhalten nicht richtiger.
Auch uns liegt viel daran, Verständnis für gleichgeschlechtlich empfindende Jugendliche zu wecken. Über die Faktoren, die letztlich zur Homosexualität führen können. Über eine biblische Sicht von Sexualität und über den Umgang mit Menschen mit gleichgeschlechtlichen Neigungen.
Uns wird dies aber mit dem Hinweis verwehrt, wir wären religiös nicht neutral, da wir das Ausleben von Homosexualität als Sünde bezeichnen.
Gleichzeitig wird in Zeiten, in denen öffentliche Gelder überall fehlen (etwa an Krankenhäusern, an Schulen etc.) nicht gezögert, einschlägige homosexuellen Gruppen finanziell zu unterstützen (zum Vergleich: wir verlangen für unsere Arbeit keinen Cent).
Die Toleranz, die der homosexuellen Lobby entgegengebracht wird, verweigert man uns. Man sollte es doch den Betroffenen (und den Eltern!) überlassen, zu entscheiden, was sie für sich und ihre Kinder wollen. Dieses Recht wird uns verweigert und grundsätzlich abgesprochen.
Jugendliche sind in ihrer Sexualität noch sehr unsicher. Erzählt man ihnen schon sehr früh, wie normal und natürlich Homosexualität sei, könnten sie durchaus auf die Idee kommen, es doch einmal auszuprobieren - was ungeahnte Konsequenzen für ihr zukünftiges Leben haben kann!
Viele von uns waren jahrelang in der Schwulen- und Lesbenszene. Wir wissen, wovon wir reden. Und glauben sie uns: wir möchten nicht, dass unsere Kinder dort verkehren oder einmal dort landen.
Nein, wir möchten niemanden diskriminieren (auch wenn man mit unserer Sicht der Dinge da oft nicht so tolerant umgeht...). Wir glauben nicht, dass wir besser oder schlechter sind als homosexuelle Gruppen. Wir fordern nur, Schulen frei von solchen Lobbys zu halten und es den Eltern zu überlassen, zu entscheiden, was sie für ihre Kinder möchten.
Ja, wir sind Christinnen und Christen. Wir schämen uns dessen nicht und möchten auch unsere Kinder in diesem Geist erzogen wissen.
Junge Menschen, die schon früh gleichgeschlechtliche sexuelle Erfahrungen machen, sehen sich viel zu früh als "gay". Eine derartige Entscheidung sollte - wenn überhaupt! - erst im Erwachsenenalter getroffen werden. Viele dieser jungen Menschen würden ohne die ständige Ermunterung (etwa durch Programme homosexueller Gruppen an Schulen, oder besonders "tolerante" Lehrer) schon sehr bald das Verlangen nach gleichgeschlechtlichem Sex verlieren. Werden sie aber dauernd dazu ermuntert (und sei es nur, indem man ihnen ständig erzählt, wie "normal" und "natürlich" das sei), verlaufen sie sich schon sehr früh in ein homosexuelles Leben, das nicht das ihre ist. Sie entscheiden sich für einen Lebensstil, den sie vielleicht nicht gewählt hätten, wenn man sie anders erzogen hätte. Ein Lebensstil mit völlig anderem Ausgang.
Ein gerade erwachsen gewordener Junge etwa, der bisher von Gleichaltrigen zurückgewiesen wurde, ist wahrscheinlich erstmal völlig begeistert, da ihn die schwule Szene mit offenen Armen empfängt (was seine Familie, Gleichaltrige, Schulfreunde oder seine Kirchengemeinde möglicherweise nicht getan haben - ein weiterer Beweis für die Wichtigkeit der richtigen Einstellung hierzu). Er stürzt sich sofort in schwulen Sex, den er wegen seines jugendlichen Alters sehr schnell und problemlos in Bars und Saunas bekommt. Oder auch durch Kontakte, die er durch das Internet macht. Oft geben junge Menschen für einen älteren Mann, den sie im Internet kennengelernt haben, Beruf, Familie und Freunde auf und ziehen nicht selten Hals über Kopf in ein anderes Land - auf der Suche nach der großen Liebe mit dem Märchenprinzen. Den "Traummann", von dem sie glauben, dass er all ihre emotionalen und sexuellen Bedürfnisse erfüllt. Dass dieser Mann vor ihnen wahrscheinlich schon unzählige andere junge Männer auf die gleiche Weise mit seiner Erfahrung verführt hat und er wohl auch nicht der letzte sein wird, merkt er erst Jahre später - als verbitterter, frühzeitig gealterter femininer Mann.
Dieser schwule Sex wird für den jungen Mann auch schnell zur Sucht. Er fühlt sich innerlich nicht "manns" genug. Indem er nun aber einen anderen männlichen Körper ansieht oder gar berührt/Sex mit ihm hat, kann er Männlichkeit im wahrsten Sinne des Wortes fühlen. Wen interessiert da schon, dass ein "richtiger" Mann wohl kaum Sex mit einem anderen Mann haben würde und der angehimmelte Kerl wohl genauso gebrochen ist wie man selbst. Indem der junge Mann aber so handelt (durch Pornos, Fantasien oder Sex), verstärkt er diese fehlgeleitete Lust noch. Er sieht diese Männer als Objekte, die seine Bedürfnisse befriedigen sollen - und der Graben zwischen ihm und "richtigen" Männern wird immer größer. Ebenso der Graben zum anderen Geschlecht. Er wird sexsüchtig.
Es gibt jedoch auch die Möglichkeit, dass sich all das zum Guten wendet: durch Beratung (etwa von Ex-Gay Ministries), gesunde männliche Beziehungen, Selbsthilfegruppen, die richtige Erziehung und die richtigen Vorbilder (u.a. muss der Vater lernen, seine Rolle zu erfüllen und seine Aufgabe richtig wahrzunehmen - er muss wissen, wie er mit seinem Sohn umgeht und wie er einen Mann aus ihm macht), einen gesunden Lebensstil, Bibellesen, aktive Teilnahme am Gemeindeleben, Gebet, Information (Seminare, Literatur) und ein entsprechender Strukturplan für die Therapie. Hierdurch lässt sich die Verwirrung hinsichtlich der eigenen Geschlechtsidentität erheblich korrigieren. Auch gleichgeschlechtliche Fantasien lassen sich hierdurch sehr vermindern.
Man kann - und soll - Schülerinnen und Schülern Respekt und Liebe lehren. Aber man darf sie dabei nicht in Gruppen einteilen (etwa Homosexuelle)!

Exodus International Launches "Allies, Too" Campaign
Orlando, FL- The world's largest outreach to those desiring freedom from homosexuality is launching its first national campaign to promote truth, authentic tolerance and safety in schools across America. Allies, Too comes amid recent national dialogue about improving school safety and preventing bullying and harassment among students. The Bush administration addressed these issues at last week's summit on school violence.
Allies, Too offers resources for students, teachers and youth leaders and was created as an alternative to the Gay Lesbian Straight Education Network's (GLSEN) Ally Week being held this week. Students participating in Ally Week are required to sign a pledge promising to "actively support safer school efforts" promoted by GLSEN - an organization that often promotes policies and information that conflict with Christian beliefs about sexuality.
Allies, Too offers resources for students, teachers and youth leaders and was created as an alternative to the Gay Lesbian Straight Education Network's (GLSEN) Ally Week being held this week. "We want students to know that you do not have to drop your personal faith at the school door in order to promote compassion and dignity among your peers," said Scott Davis, Director of Exodus Youth. "Authentic tolerance includes diverse beliefs and opinions and a healthy environment in which to discuss them.
"We hear from hundreds of students grappling with their sexuality who have been further isolated because of the hurtful words of their peers," said Davis. "We want schools to be a safe place and to encourage caring individuals to be a safe place for these young people in churches and in other youth forums across America."
Exodus Youth is a division of Exodus International that helps teens and young adults struggling with unwanted same-sex attraction to find life and healing in Christ. Exodus Youth offers a variety of resources to youth as well as training and education for youth leaders. Exodus Youth has recently released the "Truth and Tolerance Leader's Guide" - a comprehensive booklet aimed at helping youth leaders address homosexuality in a group setting and minister to young people as well.

Re: Gender Discordance and Free Choice
Thank you for taking the time to read this E-mail, one which needs to be acted upon in a timely fashion. As you read, please take the time to review the listed web sites which show studies backing up the information in this e-mail, just as footnotes would do so in a book.
It is essential to understand that not all children, adolescents, or adults with unwanted same-sex attractions [SSA] identify as gay or lesbian (www.ismychildgay.net). Contrary to the strong political agenda which has been around for 25 years (http://www.cnsnews.com/Public/Content/article.aspx?RsrcID=37128 ), the premise that SSA is inborn and unchangeable has ruined the lives of many individuals and their families. As a public official, your obligation is to at least show “the other side of the story" on these contentious issues.
Please visit www.parentsofgaychildren.org. If you follow the links cited there, you can begin to distinguish differing points of view on this issue. Literature can be requested through PFOX (www.pfox.org), JONAH's website, (www.jonahweb.org), or the web site of International Healing Foundation (changeispossible.com) to assist you in advising your constituency on every aspect of the issue, including the fact that no reliable scientific evidence exists which proves anyone is born gay.
Most communities desire to do the "right thing" when they create organizations to help those with gender identity issues. An example of such a program is EON ( a program of the Southern Arizona AIDS Foundation, Pima County Health Department, and Wingspan); it exists in Tucson, Arizona (http://www.wingspan.org/content/WYP.php).
Clearly, no one wants to see SSA kids abused, living on the street, homeless, out of school or addicted to drugs, sex or alcohol. At the same time, many gender discordant kids do not wish to identify as gay, lesbian, bisexual, transgendered, or questioning (GLBTQ). These kids would best be characterized as having DESIRES IN CONFLICT (which is the name of a book by Joe Dallas.)
Over 100 years of research clearly indicates as the primary causes of SSA, the several risk factors such as childhood and adolescent wounds which have not been resolved. Contrary to this empirical evidence, youngsters are told that if they ever felt an attraction to someone of the same sex, it means they're gay. While "gay" is a political identity that a person is free to choose if he/she and his/her family are fine with that choice, our experience shows that most of these youngsters, and their families, welcome solid information explaining how one can change sexual orientation (and in the process walk away from homosexuality). How? By working on the underlying feelings or issues which caused their unwanted SSA in the first place. "Change is possible" for those who seek it. (We recognize not every person wants to change and some may have other issues that inhibit their ability to change.) In our liberal democracy, the key is providing "Freedom of Choice." Such freedom is restricted when these youngsters are not given information concerning their options regarding Same Sex Attraction.
Childhood innocence is a one time thing. Once you allow politically-motivated adults the opportunity to deprive children of their innocence, your complacency deprives children with unwanted Same Sex Attraction the rights guaranteed by our Constitution - namely the G-d given right to Life, Liberty, and the Pursuit of Happiness. Simply put, those who reinforce the notion that people are born gay and that "change" is impossible commit "psychological pedophilia" (a term developed by a gay man named John McKellar.)
Your complacency inadvertently supports a self perpetuating sub culture that provides clientele for mental health professionals and the pharmaceutical companies' long list of medications. Every day, gay affirming mental health professionals “treat” these fine individuals for “internalized homophobia”. This is a common excuse gay activists give for the massive, tragic increase in mental, physical, and spiritual disorders suffered by the gay community.
You are not being asked to terminate any existing and well intentioned program. Rather, I am suggesting that you provide equal protection of the law and avoid viewpoint discrimination. The existing programs need to offer access to balanced information on Same Sex Attraction. By doing so, reasoned decisions can be made based upon competing viewpoints. (Care should be taken that any written program is designed in a numbered page format so no individual with ties to either side of this issue have the ability or opportunity to remove any information.
It is also critical to realize that censorship of materials currently exists in your school and public libraries. Attention must be paid to this issue. Parents of children with gender identity issues frantically search libraries and the internet for helpful information. They never heard the term “Same Sex Attraction”, so information is difficult to find. Documentation of existing censorship which you need to view is available at www.endcensorship.com.
Please help individuals and families learn the full extent of available resources. For personal insights, it is interesting to compare the meetings of PFLAG (Parents and Friends of Lesbian’s and Gays), www.pflag.org with that of PFOX (Parents and Friends of Gays and Ex-Gays.) Many who attended a PFLAG meeting found haunted expressions on so many of the faces of parents who are told to celebrate their child's homosexuality while at PFOX meetings the parents faces radiate with the possibility of hope and healing for their families.
Would you want your child to be gay or lesbian if there was a choice? If the answer is yes, you certainly have the freedom to make that choice. However, if the answer is no, you should have access and knowledge of the many excellent therapists who have successfully worked with countless individuals who have grown out of unwanted SSA and accessed their innate heterosexuality.

National Gay Groups Fight Parents Over Mandatory Homosexual Indoctrination in Mass. Schools
...The president of the Southern Baptist Theological Seminary in Louisville, Kentucky, is pressing alarm over the large number of young Christians who accept what the Bible clearly condemns. Dr. Albert Mohler, Jr., says one of the problems today is that too many Christians seem to think that other religions are equally valid paths to God -- and that is especially true of young Christians, he says, noting that many see nothing wrong with homosexuality or same-sex "marriage." "Compromise on the exclusivity of the Gospel is just a huge issue," says Mohler, "and the younger you go, the more troublesome that really becomes." Mohler says the views of many young Christians are skewed by modern culture. "The evangelical teenager today -- the young adult raised in the dominant educational establishment -- has an understanding of truth," he says, "[but] it's just not compatible with scripture, unless he or she has had that concept of truth shaped by the pulpit." And if they are not getting it from the pulpit, he continues, they are going to have an "ambient cultural understanding" of truth -- "and that is not consistent with the One who said, 'I am the Way, the Truth, and the Life. No man comes to the Father but by me.'" Mohler says Christianity needs preachers to correct widespread ignorance -- or defiance -- of biblical teaching.
