Japan Karate Center   

The Japan Karate Center emphasizes the development of self-confidence, discipline, coordination, and physical fitness.

Our school follows the Shito-ryu system of Japanese Karate.  Instructors Alex Bruno, Werner Colmon, Jason Marano, Susan Marano, George Rosta, and Ian Ma operate under the direction and supervision of Sensei Dr. Ravee Raghavan, 8th-degree Black Belt and the former coach of the United States and Puerto Rico national karate teams.

We are located at the Hungarian-American Athletic Club in New Brunswick, New Jersey, a few blocks from Rutgers University's College Avenue Campus.

Classes are held Mondays and Wednesdays at 6:00 to 7:00 p.m. for adults and children, and Thursdays at 7:00 to 8:30 p.m. for adults.
