Kenton Verhoeff
| Kenton
Verhoeff explores his world in Southeastern Colorado with the heart of a
young sleuth searching out fun and excitement at every turn. His
interests include most things slimy and green, and a few things scaly of
any other color.
"Corky the Happy Lizard" evolved from his affection for Komodo Dragons. Kenton finds every lizard, toad, or snake in the yard, and most of them unwillingly ended up in the washer at some point in their short lives. One smart little garden snake remembered to keep moving as he was trapped in Kenton's little 4 year old pants pocket, and receive a grand reentrance to the real world with Mom screaming and dancing as she set him free - back into the wild. Kenton manages somehow to get around Mom's squirms and love his beady eyed little buddies anyways. |
