Tutorial
1. Download and install Project64 1.6
2. Download the Rom
3. Download Rice’s Video Plugin and install it
4. Download a Texture Pack and unzip it to C:\Program Files\Project64 1.6\Plugin\hires_texture\
5. Run Project64
6. Goto Options->Settings->Plugins and pick "Rice’s Video Plugin"
8. Goto Options->Graphics Plugin->Texture Enhancement and check “Load hi-res textures if available”
9. Open the rom and the textures will load.
10. Play the game.
