Recipes are organized by category and then by Points Value. Nutritional information and Points Values are approximate. I have run these recipes through a recipe builder and checked the points on my points finder. You should do the same for accuracy. If the recipe equals a dairy, oil, or fruit/vegetable serving, that is noted.
Recipes are only posted after I have tried them. I am making no promises that you will like them, but I only post them if I liked them. They pretty much all come from another source, which is noted after the recipe.
