These are some websites that I use a lot to help me out:
General Reference
Weight Watchers - I spend A LOT of time reading the boards on the site, and I have eTools, so I track my points and run recipes through the recipe builder on the site. I also find lots of yummy sounding recipes I hope to someday try on here. I recommend really getting into it and finding out what it can offer you. The boards are free, and you can get some recipes for free. eTools has a monthly fee, but I think it's totally worth it for me at least. I am a total tech junky when it comes to this stuff, so I like making things as technical as possible.
Spark People - This site is free and has a nutrition tracker, a fitness tracker, lots of articles, recipes, a recipe calculator, and message boards. You just have to sign up for a membership and you can start using all the great resources. I track calories on here, but I am taking a break from that for a while because it was too much tracking. It's a good site though, and I plan to go back and track every once in a while to make sure I am getting a good mix of carbs, fats, and protein.
Calorie King - A good site that lists nutrition information for a lot of different foods. A good place to check to try to figure out the points of something if you don't have the nutrition information. You don't have to be a member to use the site.
Aimee's Adventures - Aimee is a Weight Watchers member who has made this awesome site with tips, articles, and TONs of recipes. I use it mainly for the recipes and I read her blog.
Dottie's Weight Loss Zone - A lot of people say not to trust the points info from this site, but Dottie has compiled a lot of points values for various foods and restaurants. You should always go by the nutritional info on the package or on the restaurants website, but if it's not available, this is a good resource. She also has recipes and articles and a message board which can be helpful.
Fruits and Vegetable Servings and Nutrition - This is a chart of all the different fruits and vegetables that you could possibly think of, what consitutes a serving, and the nutrition facts for them. Very informative and useful if you aren't sure how much lettuce you need to count as a serving or something. There is a printer friendly pdf that you can download. I printed it out and highlighted the fruits and veggies I eat a lot. I have a binder that I put stuff like this in to refer to often.
Candy Points - This is a list of a ton of different types of candy and the points values for them. There is Easter, Valentines, Christmas, and Halloween sections too. I have also printed this list. A good reference. You should always double check the information from the package, but this is a good starting point.
Drink Points - A list of alcoholic drinks and the calories and points. Helpful to consult before a night out at the bar. For example, a light beer is about 2 points, but a Mike's Hard Lemonade is 5 points, and a 12 ounce frozen margarita is 15 points!!
Hungry Girl - I love this site. It is done by a woman who doesn't pretend to be a dietician or anything. She just loves food and is looking for ways to eat healthier. You can sign up for a daily e-mail newsletter from her. I look forward to it each day. She reviews new products, revamps recipes, and just basically has a lot of great info.
Recipes
Kraft Foods - This website has a great collection of recipes that are searchable in a variety of ways. The recipes use a lot of easy to find ingredients are usually quite simple and tasty. There is also a healthy living section. Nutrition information is listed for every recipe. You can also sign up for a free magazine that comes about 4 times a year.
Cooking Light - I get this magazine in the mail every month and I love it. Some might consider some of the recipes "gourmet" and some of the ingredients exotic, but I think that a lot of thought and time and effort goes into making recipes that are healthy and use quality ingredients. I really like a lot of their stuff, but I do alter some of it to make it more Weight Watchers friendly.
Light and Tasty - This is another magazine that I get. The recipes are very simple and easy to make. This has a lot of very family friendly recipes and nutrition information is provided.
Half My Size - Just came across this one, so I haven't really had a chance to try anything, but there are pictures of a lot of the recipes, which I like.
