'Jamiru' is a small stud situated in the beautiful rolling green hills near Bridgetown in the South West of Western Australia. We started breeding Welsh Mountain ponies after the purchase of our beautiful palomino stallion Wendamar Figaro. 

If you're looking for a pony that will be fun to show in hand, take the kids to ponyclub, scrub up for leadrein or 1st ridden, then take the family out for a drive on the weekend, then you can't beat the versatility, temperament and beauty of the Welsh Mountain Pony. Add to that the extra bonus of COLOUR and you need a 'Jamiru' pony!

NEWS ADDED 7 October 2007

Jamiru Belle won Champion Show Hunter Pony at the Bates Winter Gala held last weekend at the SEC. Thankyou Maddie McAvaney for riding Ellie so well.

The first of the ponies we have bred are now going under saddle and I received this lovely email from the owners of Jamiru Pepper (s.Wendamar Figaro. d.Sandel Pennie)

"Hi Gaye,
 
I thought I would send you some photo's of Pepper at his first show. He was so good and Breeanah had a great time riding him. They won Champion Lead rein rider, 1st in Lead rein pony and 1st in Smartest on parade. They also took off overall champion Lead rein pony & rider combination. He has just been so awesome with everything we have done with him. He loves going out for a ride and when we clipped him, he just stood there like he had been clipped 100 times. He just is the best kids pony, I know that you breed fantastic kids ponies all the time and they all seem to have that great temprement but just thought I would let you know he is just georgous and we love him so much and just wanted to say thanks for selling him to us. Will keep you up to date with photo's and news on how he is going. Hope all is well with you and your family and ponies.
