The Introduction
This site is dedicated to the legacy of James Tien Chun. James Tien has been around the kung-fu movie scene since 1970 making his debut in 'The Twelve Gold Medallions'. He promisingly went on to appear in hit movies such as Bruce Lee's 'The Big Boss' and 'Fist of Fury' where he shined as Bruce Lee's right hand man. This 'goodie' role was not to continue however, as his ever impressing evil role in characters caught attention of stars such as Jackie Chan and Sammo Hung. James Tien has played roles as the bad guy in Jackie Chan's 'Spiritual Kung-fu', Jackie Chans Grandad in 'Fearless Hyena' and a sadistic traitor in 'Dragon Fist' and many many more. James Tien has appeared in around 60 movies in his whole career and on this site i have reviewed and talked on many of his roles.
