CONTACT IMPROVISATION
concepts and ideas suggested for research

-learning to fall before learning to fly (to lift and be lifted)
-saying yes/no
-continuity of movement and making smooth transitions
-sharing weight safely
-softening focus (with eyes and other sensors-hands, limbs, back, center, etc)
-activating the center through all movements
-taking risks and feeling safe (at the same time!)
-improvising contact (that includes improvisation!!)
