this is the prototype mechenism for the FAP1 SABRE. I have started to make alterations ass sadly it doesnt work for example:
-the recoil spring is now at the rear so that its easyer to take apart (which ive done many times)
-the tap washers which i used for the pistons (exact fit) were screwed
on to the m6 threaded rod but when i tested it the pistons would stick
in places.
I later discovered that screwing them on to the rod stretched them outwards ( making them wider) so i have drilled them out.
